Are there any builds that abuse Cultist's Fervor yet?
For those who don't know:
Attribute: Blood Magic
Energy: 5 Casting: 1 sec Recharge: 30
Type: Elite Enchantment Spell
For 5..17 seconds, your spells cost -7 Energy to cast, but you sacrifice 30..18% Maximum Health each time you cast a Spell.
Could it be useful for, maybe, another 55 build?
A skill bar with something like:
Dark Pact
Jaundiced Gaze
Dark Aura
Barbed Signet/Plauge Sending/Some sacrifice spell
Blood Renewal
Protective Spirit
Mending
Cultist's Fervor [E]
At 16 Blood, Fervor lasts 21 seconds seconds, and you sacrifice 17% health each time you cast a spell.
At 5 death magic, Dark Aura deals 20 damage to adjecent foes, and 10 to you, each time you sacrifice health.
So, that's 34 health from Dark Pact, but 81 damage every time you use it. Too much, I'm thinking.
I'm not claming it to be good, or anything, I'm just wondering the direction you could take it. It's an interesting skill, and deserves some attention.
Thoughts?

I've been playing wid it since factions came out and i read through all the skills.
You could do a seriously powerful DA with it but i dont get why you would ever have death magic so low with it....pointless
I run
16 blood
14 death
of course you need a monk to heal you or youll sac in 3 skills or less.
And I have already made a new 55necro with it I had posted it in the farming forum a few weeks back but people weren't much interested.
I solo kracken spawns, nagas, and Jade Brotherhood regularly with it.
If your interested then try to search for it if the search button ever works for you.

I messed with it for a while on my 55hp iNecro when I was trying to farm Wing. It's kind of nice to know your going to be doing damage with it when you do something like Breeze or PS. However, it's an enchant so it can be shattered and it's got a long enough cast that Mesmer monsters will easily interrupt it. Still... there may be use out there.

well a one second cast isn't too bad and its easy to make the mesmers throw away there interrupts on an insignificant skill.
