I use an Ironclaw or Wings depending on wether or not i need the energy at the moment
bronze sheild Health+30 -5 20% collector Req 9 tactics

Skills-
Executioners strike
pentrating chop
penetrating blow
lacerating chop
Sheild of Judgement[E]
heal signet
Rez signet/purge conditions (depending on what you're doing)
Open spot, i used For Great Justice

Usage- go into the agro and beggin gaining your Adrenaline, about half way to charging Lac. Chop use sheild of judgement, which shall last for about 2 lacerating chops, target the nearest target and hit it with Lac. Chop ONCE the target has been knocked down to the ground due to soj, then follow up with a nice spike of pentrating chop then blow followed by executioners strike. Rinse and repeat :P

This isn't really a good PvE build due to numerous accounts of strip enchantments in Cantha, but i beleive it'll work nice in Propehcies, i've yet to really bother and try it in Propehcies, but it's mainly a Pvp counter to numerous things such as warriors and crap, works rather well

seeing as this is my first build ever attempting pelase go easy on me

Oh and some credits go out to my alliance leader for making me cap Soj to beat chkkr thousand tail ^.^

perhaps this is just me, but taking an elite just to support bleeding...? Does the outdo the standard Evis. or Triple Chop combos? Or maybe better ran as a Mo/R with brambles?

For just the build, I suggest dropping the +1 tacts helmet and put it into axe, then get a minor/major axe rune for higher mastery. Since the only tactics skill you use is heal sig, and 4 out of 8 skills belong to the axe line. You can even consider taking out the sup rune.

one last thing, why use tiger stance when you have no points in Str. It'll last all of 4 seconds and have a downtime of 16 seconds.

Along with what zeno said, If you have 12 in one attribute and 10 in another, you should have 8 left over to put in tactics. If this is the case, then you only have to use a minor rune and you would have met the requirements of your shield. Also, is this is being used in PvE, then by the time Lacerating Chop is charged, the target will probably already be dead.

Seeing i got bored with typical cleave/tripplechop/eviscrate builds i use so i made this :| it's a first so yeh
well, i havn't done the 15 point attribute quests, just so you know and well, i was just messing with monk smiting skills and unique axe mixes, just so yeh :|

truthfully, i use this build on my PvE warrior for Alliance battles and Fort Aspenwood, it's pretty useful in alliance battles because the smiting does allot of damage to minions while you attack the necromancer, and if you're lucky the Necro controling the minions will attack you with his wand, thus resulting in him being knocked down and then you can spike him with the combo as writen above
