I have over 300 of them... just do the pvp Dragon Arena, here's what you do:
Go to the middle of the arena with your team (where the 2 columns are). Dodge the Dragon Blasts that the other guys use, then fire back with your own Dragon Blast. Keep Trade Winds up for ez dodging. Don't follow or attack the other team, make them come to you. I have several 20+ win streaks under my belt from the above tactic. I farmed all 309 orbs that way. |

get lvl 20 war... go to ran musu gardens... raise weapon stats high... go outside and kill everything in one hit

Fastest so far in my opinion is:
Ranger using Quickshot Ele using Flare, but a mes doing this would be even faster. Good spots to farm: Kinya outside of Ran Musu (duh) Saoshang Trail (since they're all lined up and easy to kill) |

I do that with an A/R. The PvP mission nets you ~an orb a minute. 100% chance of 4 orbs per win. So you guys get ~3 orbs per 2-5 minute run and the pvp mission is 4 orbs in a minimum of ~3 mins 5 seconds (3 rezzes, 3 sec invincibility from rez, 2 castings of Dragon Blast). Oh well, I'm amazing at the Dragon Arena and I almost have 10k faction with Balthazar from it. |

What I did was...
Level 20 ranger. At Ran Musu Gardens. 16 marks, 13 expertise. Get a bow with long range. Use Read the Wind and Quick Shot and begin to machine gun them to death. I find this method a lot faster than Barrage |

The lvl 18 Grasps are cake. Shroud of Distress, Assassin's Promise, BLS, Horns, Spider, Fangs...dead...repeat combo with instant recharge of all skills from AP. Granted, A/R Barrage would be faster. I do agree with you though that it's nice that the lower level characters can easily farm orbs. I weep in Dragon Arena when I have to Dragon Blast a level 4 who doesn't know what's going on or why I can dodge the light orbs of doom. |

I farm them with my MM lvl 26 flesh golum +9 vamp and fiends minions
vs lvl 3-8 enemys What can go wrong? Ele deal dmg to slow 3s to cast Fire storm did you blast my lvl 4 char? |

Look, you might laugh at this guide, but apparently there are just some totally clueless ppl around that dont understand (poo) about what Tsunami is saying. Thats why I just spend more than 30 secs into writing a little explanation how it works.
And I made this guide, before there were quests available that could give all characters 240 orbs. Now its actually useless to go farming with any build. About the clueless people... no pun intended... yes... you CAN get with your tyrian characters into Ran musu! Its an old update about 1 month ago, that allows any tyrians to do both missions on island as well. Also Canthan characters can do missions BEFORE Lions Arch now If that isnt enough... I figured out a way to do the first mission with my Kryta Warior in 4:20 mins... if that isnt Grandmasters level (5 swords) i dont know it anymore... |

You'll be doing somewhere around 350+ damage to the Mantids and Kappa, and 150+ do the Crimson Skull... Didn't bother tracking the Naga but they were one-shot burninates. The Elementalist's World does not revolve around Firestorm...
