I often see touch rangers in alliance battles, which is around the only pvp I do right now. They don't require any skills I wouldn't also want for taking down boon prot monks so I've never found them particularly difficult to deal with. Way of the fox is good for occasional block/evade users but if you encounter more than one at a time you can't quickly deal with it due to that 45s recharge. When Shadow Arts is at 11 though it gets you 5 free shots through stances/block enchants which is more than enough for a combo that leaves him with health degen he can't deal with, if not already dead.
Lately I've used more deadly arts, something you've not covered much with your three examples and something you may wish to investigate. Expose defences, though quite pricey is a hex that can be kept up nearly full time for a moderate ( ~8 or so) investment in attributes. I've also used dancing daggers, mantis touch for a cripple, and move up for a single attack with twisting fangs (then run so he can't steal your health - almost certainly his only heal). Or, use leaping mantis sting, jungle strike instead of those two while he's chasing your monk for more damage and the same effect and more energy if you're using zealous daggers.
Horns of the Ox is practically guaranteed knockdown on touchers, since they nearly always run around alone (or at least, without adjacent allies).
In build B, remember that while wild strike does end a stance, it's not a "guaranteed" hit like the warrior's wild blow, unless way of the fox is up. Maybe you knew this - it's worth stating it clearly though.

Yeah I knew that about wild strike. But I thought that combining it with way of the fox means you hit them and remove at least one of their stances. Actually, looking at this, I think sins should easilly be able to kill rangers in general...if speced for it.

You could also try playing as a A/W and using wild blow instead of wild strike. That way you don't need way of the fox.
Wild blow is really nice on a sin because it will always get you a critical hit.

The more and more standard GPS-Horns-Spider-Twisting works just as well against Touch rangers. The full combo nearly kills them, you then just teleport away and/or hit them with crippling and laugh as they flail about trying to touch someone before they die of degen.

anything that slows them, KDs them, degens them, denies their energy, or just generaly shuts them down will work.

Word. Usually touchers will die to this. Caveats: you need to take them by surprise, get off your combo and get out in a hurry - in other words, act like an assassin. Also, many touchers carry Throw Dirt, if you let them blind you you're useless.
Best to use AoD or some other shadow step to attack them, preferably from behind , drop a Caltrops, Return or Dark Escape and get the heck out of there leaving them crippled.

The best skill to slow them down is Imagined burden, because it as a hex it cannot be passed on with plague touch. Hexes are your best bet because touch rangers have no defence against them. Make sure that there is no one in your team attacking them so the R/N cannot steal Hp, then give him massive health degen. And with good timing, knock down skills can be useful.
I recommend A/Me if you what assassin as your 1st prof. But really Me/N or N/Me are the best way to deal with them.

ive killed a few in aspenwood. Its quite funny when i go to start my combo they try to use vamp bite. but then nope not today they get knocked down bleeding and deepwound and then FS so now poison too. Then they try to vamp gaze but then nope not today HotO knocks them down again then i caltrop and leave and that basiclly has worked for me. If i can time the KD to at least interupt one of the skills

Do not underestimate touch ranger players. I was one before factions with only 1 vamp touch.
I used Blood Renewal so -7 degen would not kill me. That is +6 regen and a massive heal at the end.
Also expose defenses and way of the fox will only get you this far, because some use throw dirt, which ruins any chances of combo. Best thing to do here is to teleport out, because it has 45 sec recharge.

what would guildless half to do with it? 0.o
But yea Spura, Throw Dirt is in need of a buff...you can blind for like 9 seconds, and wait another 34 seconds to do it again. But if the assassin is packing Signet of Malice or antidote Signet, your done

being guildless= no ABs, also for touchies it is all about spiking and conditioning them and getting out before they can give you back your conditions, oh and I would love to see a touch ranger enemy in PvE that would be sooo funny.
