I was thinking about utilising AoF for a PvP group, only that AoF would need cycling between everyone for active healing, i even did figures.
Healing figures.
Orison combined + AoF + DB + DF : 248
Heal Other " : 392
Heal Party (Does NOT trigger DB, or DF (it does, however, trigger DF on yourself)) + AoF : 166 (on yourself)
105 (on party)
Healing touch (Save for yourself) + AoF + DF*2 (doubles divine favor) + DB : 297
UI would imagine dwayna's kiss doing massive healing aswell.

You should not realy have any energy management problems, because orison is a very effective healing tool on its own, healing 248 for only 7 energy (not net), which is spammable. But Ether lord and Channeling are there for that extra kick of energy. Use ether lord against any monks or elementalists (since Eles have large amounts of energy, meaning you will hardly run out of regen, and you also want to work against their monk).
