Question Which armour affects are universal?

I would just like clarfication on assassin armours

1. Condition removals are universal
2. +Xarmour whilst attacking affects that peice of armour only
3. +Xarmour vs Y type dmg does this only affect the single peice of armour aswell?

thx
Dark
