- Parasitic Bond (Curses) 5,1,2
- Arcane Echo (No Attrib) 15,2,30
- ==Option==
- Putrid Explosion (Death) 10,1,5
- Soul Feast (Death) 10,1,-
- Rez Sig
ACC: 8.33
ACT: 1.166
ART: 7.33
(NOTE: Excludes Rez Sig)
Concept:
Apply easily ignorable conditions, then punish the ignorence.
Skill Explaination:- Enfeeble (Curses) 5,1,5
Easily the most ignored condition because it does no direct or degen damage. Apply, and most warriors will just continue attacking.
- Parasitic Bond (Curses) 5,1,2
Serves 2 purposes. THe first is health management. When it's lifted, there's a nice HP boost. The second is to trigger Discord.
- Discord (Death) {E} 5,1,2
With Death at 16, you issue 79 dmg to enemy with each casting. This can be used once every 3 seconds, so alone, it's 26 dmg/sec. The requirement of a hex (or enchantment) and condition on the opponent is fullfilled by Parasitic Bond and Enfeeble.
- Arcane Echo (No Attrib) 15,2,30
Have another one! Adding a second discord means that you can double your dmg. Instead of 26dmg/sec, your ability to ech does 52dmgs/sec (or 158dmg every 3 seconds).
- Putrid Explosion (Death) 10,1,5
Well, not necessary, but I find it helpful to be able to do some AOE damage and corpse denial. I sometimes use this while discord is recharging to punish the target for standing too close to the dead. It's just a nice source of added damage.
- Soul Feast (Death) 10,1,-
HP Management. That's all there is to say here. Running low, pick up a corpse
- ==Option==
I've played with several skills. Pretty much anything can be fit into here so long as you don't need to pump much into it.
- Lyssa's Balance (No Attrib) 5,1,15
You don't use enchantments, but they might. Stripping an enchantment is good because it removes their ability to heal. But, it's bad because Discord can be triggered when an enchantment is present on the enemy.
- Gaze of Contempt (No Attribute) 15,2,20
Same concept as Lyssa's Balance, only they just need to be above 50% HP.
- Taste of Pain (Death) 5,ΒΌ,10
Another HP management. This does no direct damage, but just helps you heal a little. Monks will thank you for easing their burdon.
- Consume Corpse (Death) 10,1,-
No recommended because the teleportation is to nearest corpse. If you're not careful, you could find yourself in the middle of something nasty
- Well of Weariness (Curses) 5,1,10
Nice for support, but does little for the build
- Well of Suffering (Death) 15,2,10
Good for applying a 12dmg/sec (-6 degen) to affected area, but on PvE, activates AOE.
- Shivers of Dread/Spinal Shivers (Curses) 10,2,15
If you anticipate having to interrupt, it's an option. Just carry a cold dmg staff (recommended Vilnar's Staff).
- Faintheartedness (Curses) 10,1,8
Barely worth adding. While targetting, you can add a 4dmg/sec (-2 life degen) to them as well as slowing their attack speed. Better to use shadow of fear if anything.
- Rez Sig
Obviously good for rezing the fallen.
Weaknesses:- Discord:
Requires a Hex or Enchantment AS WELL AS a condition on the enemy. The problem there is that if one or the other condition isn't met, Discord fails.
- Spell Breaker/Obsidion Flesh
Obviously problems, but I've found that they get used a bit more than expected. As such, you can't target an enemy with either on them.
Strengths:- 52dmg/sec
It's some nice dmg output. With the bleached skull, you have a +1 to death making it 83dmg with each casting. Not a huge jump, but you get 55dmg/sec at that level.
- HP Options:
Parasitic Bond & Soul Feast are great for HP management. Soul Feast to a lesser extent b/c it's corpse reliant, but Soul Feast ensures that if the fight is dragged out, you can be healed. Also,if they remove this hex, it's quickly reapplied. And you get the HP bonus when it's removed.

I've noticed that you have an empty slot.
I would like to suggest:
Soul Barbs (Curse) - every enchantment or hex cast on target foe takes 15-27 damage
Kitah's Burden/Ethereal Burden (Illusion) - target foe is slowed by 50% for 10 seconds; once it ends, you gain 10-20 energy (you don't need any points into Illusion to be effective - counts as a hex)
Phantom Pain (Illusion) - target foe suffers -1 to -3 health degeneration; once it ends, foe suffers deep wounds for 5 - 17 seconds (again no need for Illusion attributes - counts as a hex or condition)
Accumulative Pain (Illusion) - target takes 10-30 damage; if foe is suffering from 2 or more hexes, it also inflicts deep wounds for 5 - 17 seconds
Just some thoughts.

I looked at soul barbs. The only curse you're really applying to use discord is parasitic. There are other ones in there, but Soul Barbs just didn't seem to fit into the build well enough to merit the cost.
Kitah's, Phantom, & Accumulative are good ideas. Just dip into your SR pool a little. Since casting cost is pretty low, you can cast discord about 7 times before you run outta energy (assuming you have 45 nrg & only apply paraBond & Enfeeble).
Thanks though, I'll have to try those. The buid does offer some flexibility.

Pretty similar to my Discord build. (using AEcho) Works well (love doing 75 damage with each attack )
