Thirsty River is the one where you must kill 6 bosses right?
Don't bring traps. It takes a while to set and it makes you wait for others to come to it. Time is against you (if its the mission I believe it is).
You should bring the following:
Savage Shot
Power Shot
Apply Poison
Troll Unguent
Antidote Signet
Dryder's Defense
Penatrating Attack
Rez Signet
Enchanted are heavily armored foes with no flesh. Power and Penatrating will hurt them. Poison is for Bosses, Priests and maybe the serpent minions.
Antidote is for removing blindeness from you.
Hope this helps.

That's actually a very solid build. I'd be intrested in seeing your attribute spread, if your concerned about damage, you need to put most of your points in Marks. If you don't have one yet, I'd invest in a superiour Marksmanship Rune. You reallly only need a few points in Wilderness survival for Troll Unguent, and I'd think you'd be better of dropping the trap for now. Penetrating attack is LIGHT YEARS beyond Power Shot, so its good that your using it! Hunter's Shot is also a good choice, even though its rare that the bleeding kicks in. Its a cheap spamable skill with +damage. I'd consider switching distracting shot for savage shot. You also need to make sure you are using a flatbow if you are planning on sticking with RtW. You'll get like a 20% damage increase from the faster attack speed of a flatbow. If damage still isn't what you want it to be, try using a Vampiric Mod. Your build is solid. Just make sure your attributes and equipment reflect.

Drop Expertise to 9, raise Marksmanship (buy a Superior or Major Marksmanship rune also), raise Wilderness Survival. Switch Barbed Trap with Dryder's Defenses or Throw Dirt.
Remember that Savage Shot is your spammable interrupt. Save Distracting Shot for interrupting key skills. Remember that an interrupt from Distracting Shot adds additional recharge time to the skill that was interrupted.
Marksmanship: 16 (12+3+1) *15 (12+2+1) with major rune*
Expertise: 9 (8+1)
Wilderness: Survival 11 (10+1)
9 in expertise attains the appropriate breakpoint for 5 and 10 energy skills. That will free up points for you to do more damage with marksmanship. Or you can bump Wilderness a bit more.
