Drop either Touch of Agony or Wallow's Bite and put on a second Vampiric Touch skill (ie Vamp Touch, Vamp Bite)
Then just go to town on him making sure you're holding aggro of all the Naga in the vicinity. Plague Touch as needed.
I basically tried this on my way to Stormscale and found it much easier than using the sacrificing touches. (Of course your mileage may vary as a Monk primary. Energy consumption is higher when using both Vamp touches and this may hurt you more as a Monk because the damage is lower since you can't put 16 into Blood.)
Remember to always refresh PS/SB before they start flashing. In this way an interrupt of one of them will not lead to death. Of the two, PS is the most important to refresh. You can survive 8-9 hits with SB down, but one hit with PS down is usually death.
Touch, Refresh, Touch, Refresh, Touch, Refresh...
Enough aggro is key to making this work for you.

Orosen... spanked!
Via PM from Mistermagoo:
Quote:
Add "Orosen, Tranquil Acolyte" to the list he heals a lot, but your damage becomes overwhelming. He's outside of Senji's corner across the bridge, usually his group is about 5 - 6 Jade brotherhood knights, and He spams Soothing Memories.
|
Personally, I'm happy about this. Orosen has caused me and my hench party to wipe more than once because I forgot about all the damage and aggro he brings with him.

Energy management is key. Spoil Victor > Healing Signet
Credit to Mistermagoo for trying this out first.

You know in Mount Quinkai, after you kill the Ranger boss, and the Ritualist boss, keep going east (I think it's east o_O) and charge into the cave like a bat out of hell. Target the monk first, and just spam your touch skills. I brought "Spoil Victor {e}" but he just clears the hex. I found after a few applications of Spoil Victor he stopped taking it off. Keep touching and he will be dead in no time. The warrior boss right next to him is a joke XD Just as easy as the ranger boss, without the conditions.

Wavecrest...humbled!
Spoil Victor is an option here, but the kill goes very slowly. Wavecrest uses Aura of Restoration so he heals himself pretty effectively. I went back for a second kill and put Soul Leech on the bar. This worked much better as it heals you and helps replace health lost when using Wallow's/Agony touches.
Be careful when starting the kill. You will be Gale locked by the Rockhide Dragons and be slowed by Wavecrest. I typically precast PS and then cast SB right before I wand one of the mob. Then I switch to my +5e sword and immediately try to refresh SB. After that I creep my way over to Wavecrest and formally introduce myself.

Oroson is soloable, but it's situational. If there are too many mesmers/mages and not enough knights then you will get wanded to death. They don't do enough damage to trigger Spirit Bond. You end up dead from 20-30 x 20dmg hits.
I've actually got a Wroth's Icon on my monk. Maybe I'll try it out. Of course, you can just pop over to the Deldrimor War Camp and buy one for 1k.

Orosen is a very easy kill, you just have to have patience. All you do is zone out of Senji's corner, run to Orosen. Check out his mob, if it has more than 2 mesmers, I would rezone. The 3 times I killed him, he had 1 mesmer and 4 or 5 knights.

Kunvie... subdued!
Incredibly tough and not for the faint at heart. The run is a killer and then there's the fight. Soul Leech and Vamp Touches are the razor's edge between life and death. However, it's possible. One thing worth noting is that I had an active rez shrine. I died at least once every time I attempted this. I think with practice you could (with some luck) get to her without a death.
Here are some helpful hints:
1. Shrine occupants can be used to scrape off Shiro'ken aggro.
2. Shrine occupants can be used to scrape off Carp aggro that you bring to them.
3. Bringing Carp to the shrine gets them out of your way.
4. The three assassins that pop down as you run by the wrecked boat can be outrun and led into the first Shiro'ken group.
5. Run all the way through the Shiro'ken on the upper level and then lead them back to the Outcast mobs.
6. Run all the way back through Shiro'ken again. They will break aggro as you get nearer to Kunvie.
7. Watch patrols of Carp and Squid and pull Kunvie to where I'm standing in SS. It's the only safe place to kill her.
The kill:
Soul Leech on Kunvie as soon as it's refreshed!
Refresh SB/PS before they flash!
Vamp touch sparingly and only when you know you've got enough energy for SB/PS refresh.
Good luck! I'd say this farm is hardly worth it for this build. Especially if the staff is only selling for 40k.
Remember... (value of item/time to farm it) = low in this case.

Icebreaker farming...
I was playing around with this SB/PS build last night and this morning and found you can effectively farm Might Grawl with it.
I found that by respec'ing to Curses and taking Spiteful Spirit, Reckless Haste and Price of Failure/Insidious Parasite that I had the ability to tank up to 6 Mighty Grawl at once. However, I think 4 is best since the constant knockdown spam can cause you to miss a PS/SB refresh.
The biggest problem is the run to the Grawl. Avicara Fierce (rangers) are deadly because their Dual Shot arrows do just under 60 damage. Even with the chest armor removed it's 50/50 that you'll make it to the Grawl. All other Avicara don't seem to be a problem.
No Icebreakers have dropped for me yet, but I'll post a screenshot when I get one.

Thanks! Let me know how Kunvie goes for you. It was a hellish farm for me, but I did end up getting my green. It helps if you know the explorable area outside the Harvest Temple. If you've farmed Shiro'ken then you're half way there.

^^ Thanks! I'm glad to hear you liked it. Check it out on wiki too:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/N/Mo_Boss_Farmer
It's currently in the untested category, but if enough of the community like it then hopefully it will be moved to the tested/proven builds page.
P.S. What runes and attribute distributions were you using? I assume some points in healing to get mending to a decent level with a few points removed from protection. Since you're 105hp I guess you have a sup rune on all of your armor?

^^ I verified your Mending build against Wing. I actually went with a 55hp and was able to solo him several times. The first few I died, but after a while I got the hang of it.
Also, I was playing around today and found two more victims:
Rot Foulbelly and Nundak The Archer. It's a very difficult farm due to the constant knockdowns and disrupts from the Dredge Warriors in the bosses' mob. You will need the blessing from the shrine before attempting this because of Nundak's nearly constant Apply Poison spam. The good thing is that you can touch it off to both bosses. This helps loads against Nundak himself since he's got a might Troll Unguent.
EDIT: I'll post pics of the route, the spot where you should do the kills, and the dead bosses as a confirmation. I just need to get home from work to do it.
