Default Motivation Healer P/Mo

I've been noticing on my GFTE spammer that a blance between some good energy spells and adrenaline chants combined with maxed leadership gives paragons limitless energy. I then started to conceptualize a motivation healer build that would have limitless energy. Seeing no posts on this so far (although I am sure others have made a build) I decided to get the discussion going.

P/MO Healer

Maxed Leadership
10 in Movtivation
rest in healing prayers

Skills:
Finale of Restoration
Aria of Restoration
Ballad of Restoration
Energizing Chorus
Leader's Zeal
Hexbreaker Aria
Light of Deliverance (elite)
Res Spell of choice.

The basic idea is cast Finale of Restoration first so that as your your other chants go off, they heal. When you cast energizing Chorus, you gain a lot of energy from leadership and your next heal is practically free. Leader's Zeal is also another energy gain for you. Hexbreaker Aria, being another adrenaline Chant, gives you energy when cast and takes any hexes off.

Finale of Restoration gets stronger the more Paragons you or other people you have chanting/shouting in your group. I tried this with one other person doing a GFTE spammer and had ridiculous results.

OTHER OPTIONS??
You could swap out LoD with Song of Restoration and max out your Motivation as well but I though LoD would be good because it doesn't require your party members to do something before they are healed.

This build is all about health maintenance and is not great at heal spikes. If energy maintenance is not an issue, you could take out Leader's Zeal and put in a targeted healing spell like Signet of Synergy or you could put in Purifying Finale for Condition Removal or if you have another paragon/chanter/shouter in your group you could try to maintain Mending Refrain on as many people as possoble for general health maintenance.

I am excited to see how this takes off. I am starting to picture a PvP group of all paragons with three GFTE spammers, two Motivation Healers, maybe a few Command Protectors (with Incoming) and a Spear Mastery damage Spiker (if that is even possible). With all the chants and shouts going off the Finale of Restoration healing would be out of control.

I have been wanting to try a full para team

Triggering all them chants would be fun...

okay after trying this in the Domain of Fear, I have found that Hexbreaker Aria isn't all its cracked up to be. Although there are no hexers there to begin with, Hexbreaker only triggers on spell casters. So, the best you are going to do is keep back fire and such off the casters. So I inserted this tweek and viola! it worked great.

Replace it with good ole Go For The Eyes. Why? Because your main healer here is Finale of Resoration. Every time a Chant ends, it heals the party. GFTE takes half as much adrenaline to cast and still satisfies that energy regen requirement (but better cause you can cast it more) AND the best part. GFTE ends the next time your allies attacks. This results in an instant and spammable heal.

Doing this in Domain of Fear with me as a GFTE and Envy Spammer and then another Para (I even did this with General Morghan) was more effective than another LoD monk.

If your team is in a position that they are unable to use any skills anymore I doubt your LoD is going to save them. Since you have 4 skills from motivation I don't see why you would invest in healing just to use LoD. Just max out motivation and use Song of Restoration (since it's a chant it will also trigger Finale of Restoration).

LOD is there for a party heal when you are in a mixed group. If you were in a group of all paragons I would of course change it with Song of Restoration. The reason LOD is in there for mixed group is because Song of Restoration requires the party member to do something. LoD is there to save a party member running away unable to cast a skill or what not. Not to mention, it is a cheap party heal skill that recharges fast.

Except that you can't keep finale of restoration on everybody and gtfe doesn't trigger on casters who don't attack, like human players.

Only monks don't attack and they can heal themselves if needed. Besides the melee people are the ones who take the brunt of the damage. The GFTE is not to add a damage bonus in this build (although it is a side benefit) - It is there to give you energy. It also still activates on those not attacking after the 10 second duration. That seems like a long time but you are constantly cycling through different chants and they all activate the Finale. Finale of Restoration is automatically cast on everybody but you are right there are gaps in the recast. Obviously, you this would only work in a party with another monk/healer.

Many people have been complaining about the lack of a spike heal so I have an alternative build for you to consider.

P/MO Healer

Maxed Leadership
Maxed Movtivation
rest in healing prayers (or protection if you use rebirth)

Skills:
Finale of Restoration
Song of Restoration {elite} or Aria of Restoration
Ballad of Restoration
Energizing Chorus
Leader's Zeal
Go For The Eyes (energy buff for you)
Signet of Synergy (spike heal that heals you and one other)
Res Spell of choice.
