I think most people agree spirit spammers are not good builds. The new skill rebalancing is an attempt to make Rits strong in many areas, but conditional on spirits. Rather than have a spirit spammer, I think builds will develop around Rits using only one or two spirits. Team builds will probably commonly have many Rit primes or secondaries, each with just one spirit, that allows the entire team to be fully supported. In fact, Rit healers, IMO, will work great now if they are placed in a team using spirits, but the healer doesn't have any on his bar. This way he is fully supported and meeting his condtions but not slowed down by casting a spirit. Offense and other type of support characters can take time to cast a spirit because damage is timed for most effect, whereas a healer must always be ready to heal. Though I may be wrong, I currently think that any build using Rit skills but not Shelter, Displacement, or Union Spirits would be better off as a diferrent primary and only Rit secondary. That way they get access to a prime att like Fast Casting or Energy Storage that would actually be useful to the build. I've been watching observation matches and see alot of Rit builds now. They use a lot of spirits but each Rit only has one they cast. They were doing very well but not able to top some of the already proven builds. I think it will take time for people to figure out best ways to use the new improved Rits.
In conclusion, not to discourage you, but avoid playing a spirit spammer. They have become equivelant to wammos. They don't have much to do but lay a bunch of spirits and then just run around. You can make a much more effective character, even one designed to operate in a place like RA, with just one spirit that supports the Rit's skills well. For the Rt/N, I would guess you may be thinking of Minion Mancing and Bombing builds. If that is the case, look the build up on Gwiki.
