I keep hearing good things about Burning Arrow. I'll definitely get my ranger over soon to pick this up.

[wiki]Burning Arrow[/wiki] is one of the best single target ranger elites IMO, I just remade a ranger a couple weeks ago (got survivor

) and got this capped and it hasn't left my skill bar once since I capped it.

I have a build similar to most posted here so no use of posting it really. I have energy denial sometimes usually after 2-3 times of spamming [wiki]Burning Arrow[/wiki] and about 2 times of spamming [wiki]Screaming Shot[/wiki], but usually enemies are dead by that time. I might invest in a +5 energy bow.

BTW: I wish that fiery bowstrings would have an increase burning duration, that would be t3h pwn4g3!

I'm with you on Burning Arrow. I use it with Ignite Arrows which seems fantastic for bunched up groups. It has hardly left my skillbar also...with the exception of taking Broad Head Arrow a couple of times. I have Indomitable Survivor btw...

why bother with apply poison? Isn't max degen -10 and bleeding and burning gives you that. Use the saved energy for more bleed and burn.

Yeah it does give -10, but it's good to have both Screaming Shot and Apply Poison just in case you encounter people with health regenerations like Necros who use Life Siphon, or Monks who use Healing Breeze. Or other skills. Some monsters like bosses have permanent +2 or +3 health regen. So if you have -13 health degen, even if they use life siphon or health regen the -10 degen will still be kept.
