Default Life Transfer build

Hi, anyone would care to advise me on this build. Not sure if anyone has done it before but I am open to comments.

N/Mo
Blood Magic - 12+4
Soul Reaping - 10
Smiting Prayers - 8

Life Transfer {Elite}
Life Siphon
Vampiric Swarm
Strip Enchantment
Signet of Lost Soul
Scourge Healing
Awaken Blood
Resurrect

This is basically a degen build with Vampiric Swarm for additional dmg.

I have thrown in Strip Enchantment for regen spells like Healing Breeze and Mystic Regen.

Signet is for quick regen. Could be replaced with anything else.

Scourge Healing is to discourage heal spamming by enemy monks.

Awaken Blood is to boost my Blood attribute to 18 for 46 seconds.

No self heals is needed here as the healing comes from the enemy themselves.

Open to any friendly comments.

What Coloneh said.
Nothing new to be se here.
Personally i think your secondary is a bit of a 'lacker'.
You go for an offensive build with Health Stealing yet you use a defensive secondary.
Scourge Healing is only good if you can guarantee it's applied on the healed target.
And tbh i think you've wasted a lot of attribute points just for one skill.
Also where is this build used?
Regular PvE, AB, RA?

This build is meant for RA.

Any suggestion for Secondary?

Well if you wanna go real heavy degen i'd suggest Mesmer with Illusion Magic.

[skill]Life Transfer[/skill][skill]Life Siphon[/skill][skill]Conjure Phantasm[/skill][skill]Phantom Pain[/skill][skill]Ethereal Burden[/skill][skill]Shadow Strike[/skill][skill]Vampiric Gaze[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]

Attributes:
Blood Magic: 10+3+1
Soul Reaping: 8+1
Illusion Magic: 12

You can alternatively swap out Res Sig for Diversion so the Whammo's hit you less. Of course here comes an energy denial but that's what you got Ethereal Burden for. You snare them AND get energy back without having to rely on someone to be killed.
Works a charm in AB's so I'm sure RA will have it's fun too

Arcane Echo is an overrated skill.
Besides... this build focuses on killing a single target so i have no idea why you'd want to put a 15 energy wasting skill on your bar.
Never the less it's your call should you want to swap it in for another skill.
