Seeping Wound build idea
I have yet seen a decent build consist of [wiki]Seeping Wound[/wiki], I myself have never use this skill before so I come up with an idea.
[skill]Black Mantis Thrust[/skill][skill]Fox Fangs[/skill][skill]Jungle Strike[/skill][skill]Twisting Fangs[/skill][skill]Blades of Steel[/skill][skill]Seeping Wound[/skill][skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill]
14 Dagger Mastery
13 Critical Strikes
9 Shadow Arts
This is how it looks like, I think Fox Fangs can be switched for another skill. I found that the only problem is a little short of energy.
Can anyone give me some comments and advice?

You have a hex. Why not take Black Lotus Strike or Black Spider Strike?
How about Exhausting Assault?

Seeping Wounds is a horrid elite, I have no clue why you want to use it.

Seeping Wound is alright for a degen-based build but, my God... your chain is madness.
SW --> BSS --> TF --> BLS --> Moebius or something. That gives them -11 degen and you three other slots to play with. It's also a lot more flexible than your build, although you get kudos for trying to work in lead attacks.

[skill]Conjure Phantasm[/skill][skill]Seeping Wound[/skill]
Both hexes, one elite, one not. With both of them specced at 12, guess what does more DoT? Conjure Phantasm does. Why the hell would you want Seeping Wound?

Uhh... maybe you've got your secondary already tied up and you're not using an elite for your build?
Hell, I dunno. I'm just saying that, while it's not the greatest elite in the Assassin lineup, we all know what the worst one is.
[skill]Wastrel's Collapse[/skill]

HAHAHA
I think that hex should read "If the hexed target doesnt use a skill in 5 seconds.. it dies instantly." Even then.. it would be useless.

Wastrel's Collapse is SO worthless as an elite... as a basic skill, it wouldn't be much better. Unless, of course, they changed it to a 3 second knockdown that had an instant recharge. Then that'd be awesome. Maybe. Not really.
But are you sure that it's the worst? Looking at Siphon Strength, I can't see a whole lot of uses for it.
Seeping Wound: Good for... not a whole lot. But you can cap it early in the game, so that's good I guess.

well, honestly, why would ANYONE waste those two spells for a really crappy KD when theres so many more options in one skill? i know you just tried to find a use for it but..its so plain useless that it isnt funny anymore.
might be funny with diversion/shame/guilt/backfire tho, forcing the target to either get KD'ed or disabling a skill/burning energy/dealing damage.
to the OP; seeping wound is crap kthx. sure builds with it work but..lol. no. it sucks. sorry. :< all builds including seeping wound fail. its a shadow prison spiker without teleport and crappy degen, totally killing the spike moment.

Try Wastrel's Collapse no a W/A w/ stonefist. =D If they try to use a skill, Iron Palm for dual-KD.

wastrel's collapse...why is it elite? and an even better question...why is it even a skill to begin with?
seeping wound is great, you just need 13 critical strikes.
it would be better if it had a cast time of under a second though.

Thanks for the idea.
Swapping out Fox Fangs for Black Lotus Strike provides me more than enough energy to finish off the target.
I think Black Mantis Thrust is better though since it can prevents enemy from running away, and Jungle Strike can often hit for more than 60 damage.
