My favourite elite monk skill is, Light Of Deliverance 5pt heal part ftw. It works really well (in pvp) against pressure/aoe builds. I find an LoD monk paired with a ZB or RC prot work well together.

ZB for me. With LoD or Divert you can't go wrong either.

The most used elite I run is Peace and Harmony, I know it's not the best for energy management used on yourself only. But cast it on you and the other monk, it is the best for energy management. I can maintain it on me and 2 other monks if need be. Not really useful in Gate of Anguish, but have cleared FOW and most of UW running this elite.

blessed light is the best IMO.
divert hexes is... quite conditional IMHO. Some people like it... i dont see how it is amazing.
ZB... lets say i would rather have my allies above 50% health. Plus i play with high DF making it kinda hard with a 45/51 heal right in the beginning
and then i have my for fun aura of faith + blessed aura + healing touch = 2(75)+50
ps: Turbousa: Darn nub monks telling me lies about ZB

HANDS DOWN my favorite Monkie elite is ZB : D I can run full prot and still be able to spike heal :3
BL feels old to me and not as good as some of the shiny new NF elites, LoD is really good because it's cheap and a great heal vs party pressure. Divert on the other hand....I really hate...way too conditional for me, even if its great IF your ally has a hex on them.

Healers Boon. With that Orison of Healing is on par with Heal Other.

I've been running Healers Boon for some time now and it's one of my favorites (PvE).
With a couple of enchantments / hexes, my Kiss does 300+ healing and I have even seen 500 once or twice (dervish hero, couple of enchantments and hexes on it).
It's hard not to overheal with HB.
I've not used it in places with heavy spike and lots of mesmers, so I don't know how well it handles there.
I have captured ZB, but not yet tried it.
Could well be the the next favorite of the month.

Because skills like Healer's Boon and LoD have left it a bit dated.
Fav healing elite:
Healer's Boon (Heal Party with GoLE = lotsa big blue numbers)
Fav prot elite:
Zealous Benediction
