Did it again last night. and were going again tonight.
Getting energy back up quickly in between battles is the reason for the bipper.
As for the bark in Room #2 you have to have the tank pop up and kill all drops on the upper area before you go in for the bark, then the ranger goes in and get the bark to pull just a little. The bipper actually helps here because it throws Life Shipon and faintheartedness on the bark to help kill it quicker. The trick to keeping the rangers health up is the tank throws his vital blessing on the ranger. The ranger also throws down symbiosis. Then the smite monk throws all his enchantements on the ranger and his health is up to like 1200 HP. This gives him the time to kill the bark.
By the way we, Stee Janz, Rujonesin, Aurin Tinese, and I did it again last night in 3 hours 35 minutes.
We have this build down now to where we feel we can make it all the way to URGOZ and kill him 99% of the time we try.
Anyone trying this, keep in mind that it took us 6-8 trys of going down for us to get it down good. The tank alone has to get his patterns down through lots of practice. Don't get discouraged because once you do figure it out, it is surprisingly easy. OH and another tip... the tank needs to make sure he trys to stay in places where if he does die he can be easily re-birthed, because he will die multiple times on the run, it's just a fact.

On our second try thats as far as we got. Is there a time limit on the Fireflower bridge's 'safe zone'? Because all of the sudden the Smiter started getting hit while he was still in the 'safe zone'.

Oh, that's sooo mean... Sorry to disappoint you pal, but I was just away from home for a couple of weeks. You probably missed it in my previous post, but I couldn't care less about the actual truth of their claim. But since you have failed to read or worse to understand my previous post, I'll be kind enough to provide a few quotes.

Honestly, I really don't care about you being able to kill Urgoz with 3, 2 or even one player. Farming this place is one of the least interesting, exciting and rewarding thing I can imagine in this game.
I just want to highlight that when someone claims such a performance to be true, then he'd better give some solid proof, and provide a consistent demonstration. After all, if you're posting here instead of keeping your build secret like all decent farmers would, then at least don't make a fool of yourself like this guy did here.
So far I've seen a handful screenshots (very very few considering the original claims), all of which I could alter to remove one more character, not to mention the fact that one of them has been posted three times, from two different players, and with obvious differences and a very suspicious black box and red halo on the original image. Of course the artefacts disappeared only after I highlighted them on the original images.

And you're wondering why I'm not posting in this thread? Avarre gave a nice and polite explanation, and there is no point in feeding the trolls with what I think of this topic and the large majority of its contributors. That said, I'm looking forward to watching your first tutorial video.

This build does work very well, we got to about the 7-8th room, i wasn't reading the guide as we went >.<
Off-topic:Afterwards we got bored, and I'd reccomend you all try this build, or modifications of it elswehere than Urgoz's Warren. We cleaned out FoW 3 man with it - skellies are so damn easy.
Shadows are a little harder but do-able ~ Scourge Healing + Interuppts.
I've only ever seen it done 4 man before - But I can't be the first to do it 3 right?

we do it 2 man all the time, granted we modify it a little. We don't clear too much of FoW, we just take down the shadows to make out way to the plains with the skeles, makes a good quick shard farm

Use Frenzy =P
Having the tank use Spell Shield should reduce the pressure interupts provide.

Completed the Run
Well, after about 16 tries at this, my friends and I finally found it possible to delve into the depths of the Corrupted Warren and Slay the Foul Protector by the name of Urgoz. That lengthy, and worthless, intro aside I am about to provide screenshots (not proof to some people) simply because none of us had, nor cared to, download gamecam. We have, however, attempted to provide screenshots in various positions, and from various members of the 3 man party.
*Note the frequently changing position of the party lineup in an attempt to avoid that particular consideration*
Also, note that we did have to minor edit some images, as they contained language not acceptable on the forums. These sayings were for our own personal amusement and came from various pop culture refrences. *most, unsavory*
I will be posting 2 images from Mister Booboo, our backup smiter, for him.
First image we took worth posting is from Room 8 with the inactive Fire Bushes. At this point we had mostly cleared everything, leaving some of the bushes alive for the posterity of the race. This one was taken by Booboo.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2.../budweiser.jpg
The second picture here is us standing at the main (center) entrance to Urgoz's final room. Notice how happy we are to have made it this far, finally. Also, notice how Urgoz seems to be conspiring against us with the left Serpent, motioning for it to come closer.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2.../UrgozFTW2.jpg
A shot of Urgoz dying, we used the tactic from GuildWiki setting up EoE on the left side of the room before running like mad from the popups and madly trying to keep EoE up and running.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...i/UrgozDie.jpg
Now for the multiple angle/multiple person shot, mine and Booboo's. Editted for decency. Quote from the Chappelle Show.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2.../UrgozFTW5.jpg
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...i/Pancakes.jpg
Our Partner's Shot of this angle will be coming in the next post.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2.../UrgozFTW6.jpg
I can't believe it either Booboo... Credit Boondock Saints.
Finally, I leave you with a picture of the loot garnered from this little adventure. Note the 14 remaining charges on the Sup. ID kit. This run was done during the double gold drop weekend, and it surely reflects that. Every single chest this run yeilded a gold item, though the drops from the monsters were surprisingly rare. I didn't get nearly as many uncommons as I would have thought on a run this long. Some golds are left Unided.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2.../UrgozFTW7.jpg
Well, best of luck to all of you in your pursuit of the same. BTW, he seems to be writing a novel.
*EDIT* Some slight peices of advice. The tank get nearly all the exp on the run due to the others being outside of aggro and not attacking permenantly. Because of this, it is far better to have him die if it is necessary for someone to. If others need to lose dp, getting close after thorn wolves have set onto the tank is an easy way to lose it, as they don't hop aggro. Also, wolves spawn in odd patterns, never enter a room without first having the tank triple check it. Do not have everyone enter the last couple rooms fully most notably 9 until the room is clear. The gates shut you in and there are roughly 5 sets of spawns all over the room making it hard to avoid aggro for those that shouldn't take it. Clear this room with caution multiple times. If the tank looks like he is going to die, have him back up towards the entrance of whatever room he is in to allow the party members to successfully rez him.

Backing Up My Homie
edit yet again i just read his post. ^^^ i think the novel is justified. this run is long, hard, and a slap with a wet trout to the face of anet. Bragging about impossible is just an invite for people like the ingenious guys who did this. MAD CREDIT GOES TO PASHA MONKEY & HIS CREW, HE LAID DOWN THE GUIDLINES, WE ONLY FOLLOWED IN THEIR FOOTSTEPS.
Ok first of all we did it. If you can't take pics as proof then too bad. It ***IS*** possible to do this run 3 man only. Now, time for profit I won't hazard anything to what's most profitable but just to prove that this feat could be done me and two other friends IRL lanned out extreme nerdstyle to avoid error 07's and we killed Urgoz.
edited again. booboo was unlucky the entire run. Clinger reminded me of this and I had to add the fact. I was nice and gave him shortbow, because as you can see above, I got both. I'm still greedy and took the longbow :P Still, we each got a couple perf max dmg zodiac items.
edited added note. The Wolves do NOT cast anything you have to put up spellbreaker for. Only the blood drinkers and mind wardens require spellbreaker to be cast. the wolves cast impale. they do more damage on crits. whoop de doo basil. prot spirit and spirit bond will own them as long as smiter stays within about one whole compass range. the range before his enchants fade off is enormous.
Note 1: until we figured out the rythm of how it went we died LOTS. lots as in we would get past two or three rooms THEN die. Quite frustrating.
Note 2: We failed at least once in every room one through six.
Note 3: running all of you into that room where it may or may not trigger? yah, it triggers. We spent a fun hour trying to deal with the sixth room dealing with energy degen, 60 dp on me (the tank) and constant Wardens of Mind...you fill in the blanks.
Note 4: Some of these images are edited taking out quotes. Aside from changing the original images to .JPG files this is the only editing that has done. If you want to be anal about it and pore over the images feel free to. I have no idea what constitues a fake and what a real. we tried for posterity to take pictures from multiple angles but of course we're hitting print screen at different moments.
SPECIAL NOTE * * * Room seven is almost impossible. I would hazard to guess it actually IS impossible unless you get lucky like we did. It involved the bark getting stuck. O.o After getting my dumb meat wrecked like 8 times we got lucky and killed the bark....GOD i hated that room.
Note 5? 6? the happy fun christmas time warden room is delicious. that's it. if you make it that far enjoy the sweet sweet taste of victory. and seeing those **#$&Y#$'s die when they've been using you as a toy the rest of the mission.
Note 7: Stone root keys drop like mad. i still have four and unlocked 5 chests coming into the run w/ one key.
I was Brother Cube, the tanker. I ran rebirth instead of vital whatever it is. look at the screenies to see which skill i took out. it's unecessary. rebirth makes it much better when your other guys screw up. items I used was Totem Axe and an offhand 15 mana -1 degen. the extra mana was sublime since i wasn't running another drain spell.
Props to my homies Mister BooBoo the smiter (ran exactly the same skill build as posted, used totem axe and a +12 energy +1/20% smiting skills offhand +30 health)
and...Class V Clinger. Our ranger whose eoe bombs were sweet. I recommend eoe even if you're not running a 3 man. EoE is The Jesus.
long post but here're the pictures. if you want a video go make one yourself. i don't have game cam nor do my friends. this took us near four hours the time we beat it and there were plenty of screwups inbetween. Plus giving you a video would show you a lot of streamlining we figured out.
Again, we just posted to confirm this IS possible. it was both fun and frustrating to figure it out how to do it ourselves. IF you don't beleive it fine. If anet themselves msged us and told me how to set up gamecam I'd probably do it but only then. Seriously, all it takes to prove this build is trying it with competent teammates. Do not moke it or flame it until you try it. If you fail utterly then maybe msg me in game. I probably won't see it through the massive amounts of loot dropping off of urgoz rooms w/ 60+ creatures dying at one moment in an eoe bomb :P
Screen one. the fire bushes just sit around like decorative lawn ornaments. the barrage guys don't but SoJ shuts them up well.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...ti/gw009-1.jpg
room 9. really room 10 shouldn't count. after these guys it's like 3 mind wardens, a hammer or two and a bow or two. Plus the serpents. whoop de doo bazil. if you make it past room 9 and the massive hounds/bloods you're set. urgoz is all yours.
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...ti/gw010-1.jpg
credit this quote to Dave Chappelle's show. obviously we edited this image for the clean content posting required by these forums but we got it from multiple angles so I think that nips doubters. If not oh well, can't please everyone. side note, WATCH that episode of Chappelle's show. Prince makes pancakes!
http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l2...yeti/gw022.jpg
from right before we left. i figured stretching the party screen across the screen plus the blue thingies floating everywhere would do good to eliminate doubts about the authenticity of the image. the quote, again modified for cleanliness (though we've got our own secodn set of shots w/ OH NOES curse words in 'em :P) is from the Boondock Saints. Watch it, memorize it, throw around quotes!

The antics of threeman teams are hilarious
Though, I wouldn't be surprised if SB took a hit, people complained about 55 monking but this is 55 monking without any of the limitations. Hope not though

Hmmm, but doing the forgemaster and unlocking FoW armour crafting is a little harder than beach farming . Either way, how fast was the balanced 3 man teams that people have mentioned? This one got the forgemaster craftable in about 1.5 hours I think - Maybe I lost track of time but it seemed a lot faster than when i got an 8 man team for some of my warrior's armour.

Eh, we took... something like that to get there, I can't honestly remember (but I'm fairly sure it's mentioned in the thread). Took us about 2h30-3hr to clear it all and finish quests, though. The smite build would probably go faster.

Our run took 4 hours, though we had never been past room 6 before and so there was a bit of trial and error (ok a lot) in room seven before we were able to proceed.

our secret
well, ive been neglecting my duties to this thread in terms of learning and perfecting techniquest and sharing them with the people that responded, so I'll tell you what ive found to be the easy way to kill the wardens in the second exhaust room. It's quite simple really, takes about 10 seconds. first off, we decided to take out dwayna's kiss and instead take arcane mimicry, thus giving the tank a free sb that lasts just as long as his. with that said, you start the exhaustion room by taking out all the burning bushes and such that are in the middle of the room, should be easy enough. Once they're down, walk up to the wardens without agroing them, set up eoe. then have the smiter use mimcry, sb, and soj, and have the tank just walk in as normal, ignoring the shee exhaustion, it hurts bad, and u have to manage urself without spamming your spells. If it works, the fighters will drop and in turn eoe and take out the casters. This is a quick and effective solution, but its also really dangerous, if the tank gets stuck and dies, its gg. but i think dieing and starting over would be faster than trying to separate the wardens and killing them one at a time. btw, when it comes to using similar builds. I found that the most effect thing to do with it is farming sunreach's shield. What you do is take out the ranger completely and go two man. Walk by the first group of random enemies and pwn the first group of wardens, they're all warriors and rangers so it should be easy, then have the monk (who is carrying eoe and scourge healing) set up eoe as close to the warden army as he can. When the tank is ready, have him cast sb and soj on him. THat should be enough to drop everything except for suncreach himself. have the smiter blessed signet+scourge healing between sunreach's attacks (u can't take off wrath) this'll make sunreach drop in hp at a decent pace till he dies. I decided to wait till the shield drops sucked to share that little tidbit, but enjoy it ne ways
