Hero's and drops.
i know henchman lowers the possibility of rare items dropping but do hero's lower it as well?since in the end we all share the same inventory, so what's mine it's theirs and vice versa....or not?

It is the same as with henchies or players, the loot is shared. You can easily check it with gold drops.
