It's not a question of training heroes.
It's a question of training yourself.

AI does not use a build in the same way that you do. The art lies in putting together a build that works well with the AI. As long as you try and force AI to think the same way you do, you're going to be complaining about heroes.
When you find a build that rocks with AI, you're going to love heroes.

I would recommend you look for alternative builds if the ones you have distress you.

I guess he thought you can train heroes to use special skill combos. But that's not possible. Just my 2 cent.
