Don't bother with self-healing - learn to kite instead. Stay out of aggro and you won't need to heal yourself much - Orison more than suffices. Also, Purge Conditions in none too great - lower recharge condition removals are generally better.

Wonderful, I'll stop being lazy and run around when I'm getting beat on. Also great advice on the Conditions, I'd never given it much thought but the lower recharge as well as having the extra healing upon removal should work well, thanks!

You don't need heal party all that much either only in specific missions if you want you could replace that with healing touch but do learn how to kite.

You rarely ever need a specific skill in PvE, but as far as healing prayers go, Heal Party is great.

Yeah... For general PvE, where enemies rarely focus upon 1 target, Heal Party is one of the few truly worthwhile Healing Prayers.
I'd rather an ele take it though... that way the monk could do something more productive, like prot.

Channeling implies that you are in close proximity to the enemy, which is rarely the case in PvE. I would suggest you change your secondary to Ele and take Glyph of Lesser Energy.
WoH | Dwayan's Kiss | Healing Touch | Heal Party | Glyph of Lesser Energy | Sig of Devotion | Rebirth | mend condition/or holy veil
If you stick with Mesmer Secondary
WoH | Dwayan's Kiss | Inspired Hex | mend Conditon | Signet of Devotion | Heal Party | Rebirth | Healing Touch
*Maybe toss in Vig Spirit for Sig of Devotion. You really shouldn't have energy issues anyways.
a low energy build you may want to consier:
WoH | Dwayan's Kiss | Vig Spirit | mend Condition | RoF | Healing Touch | Holy Veil | Rebirth
Stats Prot ~9 Heal ~13 Devo ~12 (Don't remember exactly)
(Nothing is above 5 energy, with RoF and Healing touch you should do fine when it comes to self healing)
Additional info:
Kiting is a must. Also if you are one of those monks that is covered in tats, I recommend you put on some real armor, you will notice that you will be targeted a lot less, and in the long run save energy. Also 1 sup rune is more than enough.

If you're bringing Heal Party, GoLE is really important. I'd take GoLE over Rebirth if I had to choose. Alternately, you can just stick to 5e spells and skip the active eman skills, like ender suggested.
I'd not that big a fan of Healing Touch. It's efficient, but if you're using good positioning and kiting you'll rarely need it. It's better to take a skill with more team benefit generally. Most of the time you'll have 2 monks anyway; trust the other monk to help you when you're getting hit rather than trying to do everything yourself.
It's great if you can get an E/Mo or N/Mo to bring Heal Party, but failing that, LoD or Heal Party+GoLE is a good idea.
On a WoH build, Signet of Devotion is good for topping off bars so you can save your energy for when it's really needed.

As stated, Purge conditions is a really weak skill for just normal conditon removal. You're better off with Mend Ailment/Condition.
As Effigy says, Glyph of Lesser Energy is quite important when running Heal Party. It will save you a lot of energy in the end. Also, when running Healing prayers, Signet of Rejuvenation might be a good choice as an energy saver.
