It's not your build, it's not the henchies, it's how you play with those henchmen.
BUILD:
Dolyak Signet
Deadly Paradox
Feigned Neutrality
Dark Escape
Watch Yourself!
Healing Signet
Gladiator's Defense
Riposte

well, i don't think so because i have been playing with these henchies for over one year and they never gave me more problems then wen im like, farming Sorrow's Furnace or doing a Mission when there are no peeps around so i have to do it with my henchies butt then sometimes they just die and i hate that because they are sometimes so stupid that they run into mobs without me giving they order. BTW i only have factions and Prophecies so please no NF skills

yeah, dont blame the henchmen. they are fine; you can get through all of the game with just henchmen. play style usually dictates success.
as for the build, pretty much the same for any standard pve warrior:
Elite Attack
Attack Skill
Attack Skill
Attack Skill
IAS
Optional/Self Heal
Optional
Rez
just fill in the spots to taste. just because you have /A as your secondary, doesnt mean your bar has to be filled with assassin skills. one or two or even none are just fine.

Standard skill-bar templates like that are rubbish IMO, some people find 2 attack skills effective, others like 5. Also your elite can just as well be from the 2 support attributes Tactics and Strength. Also it can hugely differ in different weapon types, he didnt gave his weapon of choice.

You know, you can change your secondary profession like 10 hours into the game in Factions and Nightfall?

It's hard to see any specific fault there, though Death's Charge is a weak skill all around. Bonnetti's is kinda lame for general play as well. I won't claim for a second that this is a decent build, nor that I put more than 5 seconds thought into it, But I digress. Try this;
[skill]Sever Artery[/skill][skill]Galrath Slash[/skill][skill]Sun And Moon Slash[/skill][skill]Dragon Slash[/skill]
[skill]"Watch Yourself!"[/skill][skill]Signet Of Malice[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Swordsmanship: 12+3+1
Tactics: 12+1
It has healing, it has defense, it even has condition removal. And it hits hard. Real hard.

You must be the only guy I know that has trouble with henchies now, compared to before. I mean, some people have trouble with henchies before and now, or before, but not now. You seem to have no trouble before, but now you have problems.
Anyway, this better not be a problem now that you are a W/A. If so, then the only problem I see is that either you've been healing yourself as W/x before, or the henchies just hate Assassins. If its the latter, then we all better watchout, the human hate against assassins has now spread to the AI.
What are you trying to solo anyway?
What skills/profession were you before your W/A?
Blindness and hexes can kill your current build. What equipment are you using?

i didnt offer that template as the holy grail, or say that anything different would be bad. its just a base. if you want 3 attack skills, go for it. if you want 5, do it. if you want a non-attack elite, more power to you. i just offered a proven template that would work well. nothing more, nothing less.
and i dont think which weapon you choose would affect that template. whether you run
[skill]Triple Chop[/skill][skill]Cyclone Axe[/skill][skill]Dismember[/skill][skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill]
or
[skill]Sever Artery[/skill][skill]Gash[/skill][skill]Sun and Moon Slash[/skill][skill]Dragon Slash[/skill]
or
[skill]Devastating Hammer[/skill][skill]Crushing Blow[/skill][skill]Fierce Blow[/skill][skill]Counter Blow[/skill]
they all still work.

For W/A Prophecies/Factions only, playing with henchies, this is what I'd recommend:
Sword 12+1+1-3 (preference on rune)
Strength 8+1
Tactics 10+1
Sever Artery
Gash
Sun and Moon Slash
Dragon Slash {E}
Tiger Stance
"Watch Yourself!"
"To the Limit!" or "For Great Justice!"
Resurrection Signet
If you had Nightfall I'd tell you to bring Flail. Tiger Stance seems like the best option you have since Flurry sucks and Frenzy is too dangerous when playing with henchies. Also if you had NF I'd recommend Disrupting Dagger since it's leet sauce, but alas. In short, you should consider investing in NF. Failing that, this build should serve you well enough.
If you bring 2 monk henchies, you shouldn't need Heal Sig. The -40 armor can be a problem if you have aggro anyway.

Don't blame henchman because you suck and can't do a PvE mission, I don't know what your obssession with W/A factions only is, but this is a standard W/A build.
[skill]Sever Artery[/skill]
[skill]Gash[/skill]
[skill]Sun And Moon Slash[/skill]
[skill]Dragon Slash[/skill]
[skill]Dash[/skill]
[skill]Frenzy[/skill] Don't spam it...
[skill]Signet of Malice[/skill]
[skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Ofcourse if your main goal is to be a hero and tank 1000 enemies and then have your party rage quit on you or blame the henchman you can always take [skill]Shadow Form[/skill], I'm pretty sure you will be able to stand a lot of aggro for some seconds.
PS: Before flaming, If you think about it, watching this guy using frenzy would be quite hilarious.
