Looking for a Sin Dead Sword Farming Build
is one already out there? I was just wondering if someone could make one for me if not. I don't care what it uses, even if its a 55 sin. Just need one, that actually works. So anyone up to the challenge? I'll pay some gold for them to show it to me, just to make it worth your while. Sorry for anyone who thought I made up a build and was posting to tell you about it, I suck at making solo builds so I'm just asking for some help.

Heres an attempt:
[skill]Leaping Mantis Sting[/skill][skill]Exhausting Assault[/skill][skill]Moebius Strike[/skill][skill]Death Blossom[/skill][skill]Stoneflesh Aura[/skill][skill]Armor of Earth[/skill][skill]Shadow Refuge[/skill][skill]Sliver Armor[/skill]
(the 6th skill is armour of earth, not kinetic armor, icon glitch)
try 10 earth, 10+3 crits, 10+3 dagger, 5+1-3 shadow arts
use zealous daggers of enchanting, and +energy armour
Lots of AoE damage with Leaping -> Exhausting -> Moebius -> Blossom -> Moebius -> Blossom etc
The earth enchantments should hold up and you should take minimal damage, healable with shadow refuge.
You could put [skill]Critical Defenses[/skill] in if you're having trouble staying alive.
I don't have a sin there, worth a try though

The slave spirits use [skill]savage slash[/skill] and [skill]reversal of damage[/skill] -- both are incredibly annoying.

In light of the constant interruptions, one might consider using a build based on auto-attacking.
A/W with Flail, a conjure, and Locust's Fury? Reversal of Damage wouldn't cause that much damage to you, and you'd be able to get more damage between castings. In addition, the interruption caused by Savage Slash wouldn't be as extreme because you'd (hopefully) only be interrupting a regular-attack, as opposed to something with a long recharge on it.
Something like the following, perhaps?
[skill]Flail[/skill][skill]Conjure Flame[/skill][skill]Locust's Fury[/skill][skill]Way of Perfection[/skill][skill]Shadow Refuge[/skill][skill]Critical Defenses[/skill][skill]Shroud of Distress[/skill][skill]Critical Eye[/skill]
That's just an idea, really; it's definitely open for interpretation. This is just something off the top. You could try to work GPS --> Death Blossom, but without Moebius Strike... I don't know what you'd be able to do about it.

So you're saying that you should be an A/E/W?

i would try flashing blades to counter the warriors, but reversal of damage would be annoying. I cant recall if the conjures hit before your attack. if they do then use one of them with 0 in that element and you wont have and reversal problems.

Lethorn Maeran: The possibilities of the A/E/W are unparalleled! In other words, yes, I had a n00b moment.
Drop Flail, pick up... [skill=text]Mark of Rodgort[/skill]? The fact that it's nearby means that you can hold out until they're on you. It's expensive (which is a downer if it gets interrupted), but it has a 5 second recast time (which helps if it gets interrupted). Since you're mostly auto-attacking with this build anyway (you did remember your fire daggers, didn't you?) and have Critical Eye, energy shouldn't be as much of an issue as it would be if you were running offhand --> duals.
Like I said before, this is totally untested and comes as more or less an intellectual exercise. If somebody wants to give it a spin and see how it works, that'd be groovy.

I've done 16 runs with the dual build it works REALLY good but, STILL NO Drops :// I'm Still deliberating with myself on whether i should post it or keep it to myself. But anyway thanks for all the help.

In other words, you post asking for help, and when you can return the favor, you decide you'd like to screw everyone who helped you? That's... wow. That's interesting.

If the community helped you, then you should. But it really doesn't matter, dead sword price has already dropped alot, and theres already plenty of solo builds out there.

I'm planning on posting it this weekend on friday. I will put a new topic in this section of the forums and I'll put one under the Farming section of the forums. Anyway i'm not screwing anyone by not helping them because the sword price is crap now :P
EDIT: The Guide for the dual build will also be with videos !!!

Selling it is one thing, but having the skin is another thing entirely. Also, there's a lot to be said for having useful weapon mods that can be resold.
