Drop shadow arts. Raise tactics and take heal sig for a self heal. If you want a speed boost, take enraging charge.
No point in having sever without gash so drop power attack for it.
TAKE A REZ
Dragon Slash>QB

i think that build uses more energy then a Warrior Can Handle Warrior = Adrenaline skills and signets
and 1 or 2 energy skills

No IAS, no rez, no deep wound, too much energy skills. Bad build.

while i agree with tan on all fronts, i am a bit sick of just giving every single person here a DS build. so if we put aside the fact the DS is the best sword elite, heres my advice:
warriors dont have the energy pool/regen needed to spam skills like power attack plus those from the shadow line without quickly running dry. plus sever is next to worthless without gash, so id drop power attack and sub in gash. an IAS would also be nice, say flail, with enraged charge as a cancel.
id recommend switching to /N if you want to run a QB build. plague touch the daze onto a caster for a bit of fun. turns a possible downside of QB into an advantage. if you want to keep the /A secondary and not run tactics, i prefer both deaths retreat and return over heart of shadow: id rather decide where i zip out to, rather than leave it up to fate.
its pve after all, so you can run whatever you want, just try and keep it somewhat useful.

Generally, it's not worth using your 2ndary for self-heal skills when the warrior already has 2 good ones in his own lines - Healing Signet and Lion's Comfort (if you got Nightfall...).
Also, Sever Artery without Gash makes baby Jebus cry. Bleeding's piddly 3 degen ain't gonna do nuttin'.
There's a few nice skills from the Assassin secondary that you can use that require no investment. For general use... [skill]Signet of Malice[/skill] is sex. Also, [skill]Dash[/skill] is a powerful speed buff.
Aaaand... -75 health loss from a superior Sword rune isn't much of a deal for PvE general. Meh, I do fine without it.
If you happen to be set on Quivering Blade as an elite (Dragon Slash trumps it - use it when you get it) then...
Maybe try... (using Factions/Core skills)
12 + 1 (helm) + 1~3 (rune) Swordsmanship
10 + 1 (rune) Tactics
8 + 1 (rune) Strength
[skill]Sever Artery[/skill]
[skill]Gash[/skill]
[skill]Quivering Blade[/skill]
[skill]Signet of Malice[/skill]
[skill]Dash[/skill]
[skill]Flurry[/skill] or [skill]Frenzy[/skill] <-- Learn to use Frenzy and you're well on your way to being a 'good' warrior.
[skill]Healing Signet[/skill]
aaaand a Res. Sig.
Meh... you probably don't need all that Strength... Just a reflex for me, I guess.
Whatever.

[card]enraging charge[/card] [card]hamstring[/card] [card]quivering blade[/card] [card]sever artery[/card] [card]gash[/card] [card]plague touch[/card] [card]healing signet[/card] [OPTIONAL]
