build: MM
skills Factions only
no elite pls

blood of the master
deathly swarm
dark bond? the blood enchant that redirects damage to minions
signet of lost souls maybe
vital boon and sig of pious light or generous was tungsai
res of some sort

That might do for awhile till you get an elite.

Seems like you already made some mistakes.
The OP clearly said a Factions build.
Animate Bone Horror is a Prophecies skill.
Signet of Lost Souls is a Nightfall skill.

@ OP
Start out with making another build and once you're up to speed and have access to elites AND other campaigns, then make an MM.

Try being a MM at 19th level and above, else you are too weak as a MM.

Animate Bone Minions
Blood Of The Master
Taste Of Death
Taste Of Pain
Death Nova
Signet of Capture/Mark Of Pain (if its a core skill)/Soul Feast/Lifebane Strike
Rez Signet
