get a collector staff , hale staff head and wraping of enchantment 20%, I use that for my dual attunement and SF nuker build, +5 enery is useless with this build, you have too much energy regain tht don't need large pool.

I have an Adept Fire Staff of Mastery.
HCT of Fire magic 20%
HSR all spells 20%
Fire Magic +1/20%
HCT Fire magic 20%

I have no complaints.

If you're especially lazy and cheap, an energy storage req staff with a 20% enchant wrapping and +30 health head is a good option. That way you don't have to lug around a whole pack of staves. It's not ideal, but it's good enough that you probably won't notice.

In a perfect world, you'd have a 20/20 wand, 20% HSR +30 health focus, and a 10% HSR +20% enchant duration spear to switch to, along with a low energy set that has dual +15energy/-1 regen inscriptions.
