Both Preparations aren't that great. Marauder's Shot is a nono. Needling Shot in PvE is meh. Natural Stride>Throw Dirt. Bring Savage Shot. No Favorable Winds, just bring a recurve. xD

Yep, just bring Marauder's Shot if you want all non-attack skills to be rendered useless. Unless you use it a lot, it shouldn't be on your bar. If you use it a lot, you shouldn't bring any non-attack skills. It's all counterproductive.

[wiki]Glass Arrows[/wiki]
is awesome and [wiki]Needling Shot[/wiki] with that prep is simply awesome...
its pretty good... i actually already used something like this
what are your atributes?
i use marks 16 and expertise 15...
P.S.: marauder's shot is quite useful to finish off bad guys... and the disabling time isn't that high... and in PvE you almost always won't be the target so... meh

Marauders Shot deal one of the highest damage of all bow attacks. Just play smart and don't use it while under pressure. Imo, it is a great skill.

Marauder's Shot is a good skill, but I honestly don't find it in my skill bar very often. This is largely because it is a 10 energy skill that really doesn't have much utility to it. [skill]Crossfire[/skill] has less damage with one use, but the lesser energy cost, shorter recharge, and lack of conditional drawback makes it much more appealing to me. Because of these advantages, not only is it a attack skill that is much less likely to be blocked, it also pumps out a very similar dps when spammed at recharge to Marauders due to the lower recharge. However, there's room for more than one attack skill in a skill bar of course, and Marauder's isn't a bad choice fit in.

If your going for a high dps build i would recommend a little more off beat like this:
Attributes -
15-Marksmanship
13-Expertise
4-Wilderness Survival
[skill]Echo[/skill][skill]Keen Arrow[/skill][skill]Forked Arrow[/skill][skill]Savage Shot[/skill][skill]Read the Wind[/skill][skill]Favorable Winds[/skill][skill]Troll Unguent[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Simply Echo Forked Arrow when you have no enchants/Enchants on you (ignoring echo which still allows you to fire 2 arrows) any other time you can echo Keen Arrow, In areas where u need to do lots of interruptions you also have the utility to echo Savage Shot. I took this build into Sorrows Furnace and even with all the high Armor there i was dealing a good deal of damage, infact i was out damaging the 2 Eles in the party.
Of course you could experiment with this build and add others such as Dual shot in instead of Forked arrow etc.

Keen Arrow is currently bugged. It will will give the full damage bonus when you crit, but won't give the normal bonus when you don't.

Test it out at the Temple of Balth. I didn't notice it at first either until someone else pointed it out to me.
