Bringing Sever+Gash back
I have come up with a build that works great in PvE as well as PvP that involves the old trusty combination of Sever Artery+Gash. Most of you will think it's a noob combo, but I am about to show you how it can be used to your advantage in such a way that you will be able to inflict Bleeding and Deep Wound just as fast as a BoA Sin.
Warrior/Assassin
Strength: 14
Swordsmanship: 12
Deadly Arts: 8
Skills:
1.) BoA (Burst of Aggression)
2.) Rage of the Ntouka {E}
3.) Sever Artery
4.) Gash
5.) Galrath Slash
6.) Final Thrust
7.) Expose Defenses (Sig of Strength for PvE)
8.) Rez Sig
Hit BoA and RotN together for a quick chain combo of the warrior skills, and if you believe the target is evasive, use Expose Defenses. Once the target reaches below half, use Final Thrust before BoA ends for a good finish to the spike.

I don't really see the appeal of Rage as an elite. It's basically a slightly more efficient "To the Limit", which disables skills. Since there is no speed boost (and no heal sig) this will only work in PvE.
If it's PvE and you're not messing around with tank crap, you'll want to do some damage. Try something like this instead, with 14-16 in Sword.
Flail
Caltrops
Res Sig
To The Limit
Sever Artery
Gash
Standing Slash/Silverwing Slash/Sun and Moon
Dragon Slash
It will yield a greater dps and a similar spike to your build.
As far as PvP goes, you'll need a speed boost at least to have any luck against anyone decent. Swap Flail, Caltrops and TTL for Frenzy, Dash/Enraging Charge/Sprint, and heal sig.

Your build is inferior to most well thought out PvP builds, so on that front its a definite no show. RoTN is a decent elite with skills that dont power fast like in a hammer build.
Flail+ any sword skill would do the job for an adrenaline based sword build,or a riposte build. Think it over.

pestilence
rez sig
sword-12,1-3,1

so dam fun to play. deep wound, poison, bleeding spread to all foes with healing and extreme dmg. just as fun, not a serious build lol.

"Bring Sever and Gash back"? When'd they ever leave???
Ah right, Barberous Slice. But Sever still wins.
As to your build, Swordsmanship should be greater than strength. Like at least 14, as already stated
