Virulence in pvp???
If u use virulence on a foe and he becomes diseased, do u become diseased from ur enemy if u get to close to that foe?

Yes, unless you are enchanted with tainted flesh so you can't become diseased.

disease doesnt transfer from ally > foe or foe > ally, does it?

Yes, it transfers friend/foe in pvp. Otherwise you'd see rotting flesh in every single build. Unless you use tainted you don't use rotting.
