Talking Zero fighting Team build

My imagination was working overtime when this came up, because i've always wanted to see something done with Pacifism. This isn't a serious build(though the more thought I put into it, the more I want to take the challenge). To make this work would require great coordination and incredible knowledge of PvE baddies movements. And even then I doubt it would do anything.
The team would consist of any combination of Monk and a profession, as Amity and Pacifism would be the main use of this build. The team would need a dedicated healer and maybe a Protector. Everyone would have at least one running skill of comparative time and speed. This is what say, a monk/rangers skill bar might look like:
Amity
Pacifism
Dodge
Zojuns Haste
Antidote signet
some self heals or a spell which increases healing.
This guy would be a forward guard for the group, he makes initial contact with baddies.
The first 3 or 4 are whats important. I thought it would be really fun to even think of attempting to make build where, instead of fighting, you send a member forward into a mob and have them cast Amity. Now while the Mob doesn't do anything(Any stragglers are hit by Pacifism) the rest of the party moves on by without firing a shot. 18 seconds is a long time to get by someone when you have run skills. If there are mobs close together, alternate people while skills recharge. Its like aggroing with a 55, but not doing any damage....
Assassin, Warrior, Or Mesmer would also work for secondary, though I think Warrior has the most running skills. Warrior also has Charge, negating the need for the healer/protector to carry a running skill, and allowing the group to stay together.Assassin would be a good balance, as they also have several good defenses for when entering a mob(teleports and skills like Dark Escape). With shadow steps, assassins run no risk of being body blocked in the middle of groups. If in some wild dream, someone could get this to work, it would be the ultimate for team runs. Lol.
Please post any and all insane comments...

/Edit: Its not meant to actually work,I was simply amusing myself during a lack of sleep. Though I suppose if someone tried reaaaally hard, it might work for like 5 seconds.

Seems like an ultra-complicated way to run through something. Why not just take 8 whammos and have at it?

Your idea sounds... boring. Its like watching the New Jersy Devil's Neutral Zone Trap. Battle avoids is always good (unless you are farming or need to kill something, etc.)

Too bad it only affects attacks. Spells are not attacks, neither is Vampiric Bite/Touch. Rangers can still set traps I think. I loved it when my N/Me was hit with Paficism from those creatures in the Northern Shiverpeaks. I still cast spells and killed them.
