Default (SoJ) Shield of Judgement tips

Hello, I am a 55 monk that now only needs to cap SoJ, I have tried dozens of times with groups and failed (I went with 55 hp and all the other 55 monk skills). You might suggest for me to go as a normal monk, but I have tried that and I die like so fast even with some of the best monk skills. So, in conclusion, could you please give me some tips on how to do it with henchies, normal people group, or what? Thank-You

Sincerely
Douglas

Heres how I henched it... Do Not set up as a 55 monk. Heal yourself. Be smart about which groups you fight, and don't give up, even if you have 60% DP. It took me a little over an hour at lvl 10ish

when doing it with henchies, treat it like any other hench run. ctrl+shift+spacebar to call out a target for your henchies to go in. then just keep them alive while they do the killing. be sure to go for single mobs as opposed to several mobs of them birds. everytime I go into mineral springs with henchies or a pug, I always try to take out the archers first because they use ignite arrows, which causes splash damage to whatever it hits, causing more death than needed. then of course go for the mesmer, monk, and necro bird types. just be smart and you'll do fine. I've brought henchies to go capping in mineral springs with other characters like my mesmer, monk and warrior and all goes well.

Thanks for all of ya posting. I just got it in 20 min. in 55 mode. I just realized that I took the wrong route. I've been taking the southern one when I should have been taking the northern one (because Myd Sprinclaw, or whatever his name was is the second boss if you take the northern route. I am such a spaz). On my very first day farming, I got a black dye! So again, Thanks very much for all of the posts you guys did.

Not entirely true. The Boss spawns are entirely random, so that was just pure luck.

Ok, but all 5 times I tried before I made it, he was in that exact same spot.
And someone said something about sending henchies in, how do you do that without moving? Could someone describe in detail please?

Target a creature, press CTRL and Space. The henches will attack. You just don't move...
