Default Forming R-Spike team

I've been researching on the R-Spike for a fair amount, and I am very interested as well as serious in training with an experienced spike team. However, my guild rarely does R-Spike and honestly I've not played a proper game with a full-fledged spike team with TS(or Vent) yet.

Thought came to me that perhaps I should form one on my own. Hence, I am calling all serious and committed players to form and train with me as a Spike team over a long-term basis. I don't mind noobs, as long as you're committed and willing to learn. I'll help you with capping elites like Punishing Shot if you need. To be honest, I'm not a pro either. I just read alot on Spike though I don't have hands on experience(that's the point of me wanting to form my own team). If we can make it, it'll be an honour to play a few games in HoH or even tournaments. Training will start on selected pve areas so we have more chances to try coordinate attacks well, rather than always being killed.

Some background info on me:
I'm Singaporean, currently serving National Service(conscription bound to all Singaporean male nationales). I'm 20, and have been playing Guild Wars since around June. Singapore is under GMT +8:00. And I'm usually on GW around 8-11 local time(unless my gf bans me). I have Team Speak and mic.

Here's an overview of the team I have in mind:

Equipment
For spikers, Druid's Armour and an maxed Longbow of Fortitude, +15% damage when health is above 50%. A similar vampiric longbow of fortitude as a secondary bow would be nice, but not necessary where I'm concerned. I prefer the use longbow due to the obvious reason. Range. Spike itself is already enough damage, it's meant to kill. A 10% AP is definately overkill, especially on non-warriors. Longer range has more than 1 advantage, which I shall not discuss here.

For boon prots, full Acolytes' Armour.

Credit for the above build goes to those at guildwiki, and myself for slight modifications.

Once again, calling all interested and commited rangers/boon prots to form and train as a spike team with me.

My in-game-name is Dyon Adell. Cheers.

Wouldn't a Ritual Lord Ritualist be better than a third monk?

Sorry to sound rude, but I'm not entirely seeking comments, because I already have what I want in mind and I'm just recruiting people to train with me.

But since you've already mentioned, why don't you tell me WHY you think a Ritualist lord would be better, rather than just stating so. It'll be more constructive if you can back up your stand with logic.

On the other hand, if you have a ritualist lord and you think you can contribute to my team, I would be happy to try with you.

But for one, the spike team is already very offensive. 5 spikers armed with all those listed preps can knock out a warrior instantly unless he has stances on. I need boon/prots, whom completely focus only on healing and restoration of party members. 1 boon/prot can manage a team of 3 in RA. Having 3 boon/prots would be having a healer-spiker ratio of 1:2 and 1:1. I am pretty confident of being maintained well if the boon/prots are experienced.

Then again, like I said, you're welcome to state why you think rit lords are more efficient than boon prots.

Okay, if you guys say so. But still, I posted this in a ranger thread, and I am more interested to look for ranger partners. Still, havn't got replies from anyone interested; just people commenting on my team build. =.=

Is ranger spike that unpopular?

Well, I will be interested in joining you guys. But I'll still try to form my own team.

For now, I'll try finding you guys at HA.
