I would suggest that you use restore as your res as it ia attributed to healing and rebirth sucks the energy out of you after use. There is a good staff in witmans folly only need five crawl necklaces for it.The one in the scare is kind of hard to get if you don't have all the items needed by the collector look in scrolls of insight for collectors or the guildwiki.org.
To those about breeze it is only good for farming at the higher levels but it is ok at the lower levels say level 1 to 8 or untill you get touch. Then i would use as for hex or condition I would use Dwayna's Kiss or Mend condition or ailment.

Note: This isn't a PvP set-up this is for PvE
Monk/Mesmer Healer
Attributes
Inspiration Magic: 9
Healing Prayers: 10+1+3
Smiting Prayers: +1 (Minor Smite Rune, pay it no mind)
Protection Prayers: 4+1
Divine Favor: 11+1
Skills
Word Of Healing: Very large Heal, especially if ally is under 50% Health
Orison Of Healing: Basic Heal
Infuse Health: I use this if I have an ally that get caught in a big aggro and being pummeled on
Healing Touch: Only used after an Infuse
Dwaynas Kiss: Good Heal, especially if allies are Hexed, Enchanted or have Conditions on themselves
Mend Condition: Condition Removal
Inspired Hex: This serves a dual purpose, energy management and hex removal. At 9 Inspiration it provides 10 energy
Rebirth: Ressurection Skill (Make sure you DON'T rez in the heat of battle, you will lose all your energy and no energy=no heals)
Equipment
Droknars Forge 1.5k Ascetic Armor (aka Tats)
Kole's Torment (it has the same stats as Wenslauss' Faith)

To God Apprentice look fine I would get Censor top and bottoms with the rest of your tats on or go with Wanderers top and bottoms.

You realize that hp regen spells like breeze are the worst possible way to counter degen? A target suffering from -20 degen will not gain any benefit what so ever from a breeze, and you're out 10 energy and the cast time. A quick Reversal of Fortune with boon on, however, will negate some incoming damage, and heal regardless of what amount of degen he's under. There's a reason people don't take healing breeze. It's 10 energy and conditional.
Dwayna's Kiss is a great skill. Awesome in fact. Orison is meh if you ask me. I'd rather take Ethereal Light/Healing Whisper, if I insisted on playing a healing build for some reason.

I used to use Sig of Devotion, but ever since the buff to Sig of Rejuvenation I'll never go back, because you can actually USE Sig of Rejuvenation (1 second cast time FTW!), which makes it superior for both healing and energy management.
For PvE, I usually run my 5e spam build:
-WoH
-Orison
-Dwayna's Kiss
-Sig of Rejuvenation
-Vigorous Spirit
-Mend Ailment
-Divine Boon (situational; use when the s*** hits the fan and you need to do some crazy spike healing on multiple near-dead targets; DO NOT LEAVE ON FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME!)
-Rebirth (AFTER-battle rez only)
I can cast non-stop and never run out of energy. The only problem that I run into on occasion is potency, since WoH is my only large heal (no Heal Other or any other 10e spells). Divine Boon, when used sparingly and smartly, solves that little problem.
And I agree with many of the above posters: Healing Breeze sucks for healing monks; never take it.
Although it is a decent self-heal for monk secondaries IMO.

I run this build for healing.
Healing: 12+3
Divine: 12+1+2
I prefer a 15 15 set up since I use the signet's quite a bit.
My main build uses:
Orison
WoH/ I've been playing with Blessed Light since it heals for 115 at my attribute level, and has utility.
Signet of Devotion/Rejuvination (it just depends on what I feel will work best)
Dwayna's Kiss
Healing Touch
Heal party/ a condition or hex removal (I like heal party when more than 3 people need healing)
Restore Life (if you are only going to use it after battle, why not use a good one that gets casters up and running faster?)
My last skill slot is dependant on what I will be encountering, if it's low on enchant removal and hexes I use vigerous spirit.
Also, I hate Healing Breeze. Back when GW first came out I ran a Mo/N and used wells, I would rather go back to that than useless breeze. Also, I only used Heal Other until I got better skills.

Like I stated, I only rex after a battle, but, if the party is not in a tough situation then I might res dureing. But, 99% of the time I only rez untill enemies are destroyed. So, yes, I agree with what Lowly peasent has to say:
Restore Life (if you are only going to use it after battle, why not use a good one that gets casters up and running faster?)
Like I said, Im a M/Mes so I dont run out of energy often, usually never. I use Inspired Hex alot, and, many of the PPl in my Party get Hexed so it works...when I know the party wont get hexed in a certain area then I do energy Tap, but, Ill try the Signet of Devotion.
I'm STILL trying to get to Brohn Stonehart for the Broh'ns Healign Staff Weapon. I REALLY want it! ty ppl

While I could certainly help you with your build (skill wise) I will limit myself to addressing your other request:
I'd be more than happy to sell brohn's staff to you for 25k.
