Red face New FoW Group

Well I have come up with a new fowq setup...at least it works well when i'm tanking (I dont just go in to monk, but I bring everything with me)
1-ECHO/SS/BR Necromancer/Mesmer
1-WoH/Healing Monk/X
1- Active Protecter(SB) Monk/X
1- Bonder Monk/Mesmer
1- Degen Mesmer/X
2- Barrage/Inturupt Ranger/X (Barrage Stacks)
Barrage Rangers should not bring pets! They break agro!
The reason why nukers are not in this build is because meteor shower breaks agro and not all nukers only cast it on a group of casters.
I have found that a lot of nukers (Just like Warriors) lack in-game knowledge.
It still produces a good amount of damage...

IN ORDER FOR THIS TO WORK YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD STANCE TANK WHO CAN PROPERLY AGRO WARRIORS/SHADOWS/BERSERKS/ABYS/ETC TO THE CASTERS BEFORE DYING!!! (SB IS HANDY FOR THAT)

Ditch the Bonder. He isn't needed. You can add another Barrager in his spot.

A healing monk and an active protector will do the job.

Yeah I agree. Bonders are pointless. If you have to good monks, that will be more than enough. Ive dont plenty of forge groups with only two monks. The extra barrage/interupt ranger is good for interupting SS and other stuff.

Meh, if it's a pug, you need a bonder.

No. Bringing a bonder is like saying: "Aggro WILL break and the casters will tank more than the tank."

A FoW PuG doesn't need a bonder if you slowly explain the group that they must stay back while the tank gathers FULL aggro. And of course you need a good, solid tank that knows what he/she is doing.

well, i always go like this

1 great agro tank
1 echo, ss, reckless haste, spinal shivers, des. anchant, SV, rez
1 bonder
1 healer, healer must bring SB as elite, Dwayna's Kiss Vigorous Spirit (great for keeping barrage rangers alive) for the rest bring heal party, Ethereal Light, rebirth and 2 others
2 barrage rangers with choking gas. last works great if tank agro's good.

this is all you need. you can come far if nobody leaves.

if you wanna go in a 8 man party

take the same as above and ad 2 barrage rangers. nukers works good 2, but i like rangers more because they can stay on a distance and a nuker need to get close to the agro group se he can fck up the agro of the tank.

this is all that is needed here.
