Ok, I've tried farming trolls but by the time i get there i have lost most of my energy because i need to fend off the avicaras. I was thinking...should I choose a warrior to run to the cave faster. Or choose a mesmer as a 2nd proffession to stop interruption for farming in general.

It is a good idea to take warrior as a second profession when starting out as a 55, chuck in bonnetis defence to help get you energy up.

Are you running 4 enchantments so you dont have any natural energy regen?

For trolls i only use mending and balths spirit as constant enchantments that way i still have 2 pips of energy regen.
I dont really find the trolls interupt me that often so warrior works fine for the energy management and bonnetis will help you get SoJ up without interupt most of the time.

What about throwing in charge so i can run quickly to the trolls while escaping the avicaras.

Just run by aviacra with protective spirit/mending/breeze...easy they will leave you when u enter cave. and sprint would be better than charge...sounds like you dont know the build;p

My 55 is a Monk/Ele for Glyph of Concentration. Works nicely. In UW I need to stop a lot for energy though.

mo/me with the mantara of recovery what i used to do with essence bond and balths spirit never ran outa energy

AND FOR INTERUPTION, JUST USE SPELLS WHEN THEY'RE KNOCKED DOWN. NO NEED FOR SECONDARY PROFESSION. JUST INCASE SOJ GET DISRUPTED YOU CAN STILL DEAL SOME DAMAGE (AROUND 20) WITH ZEALOTS FIRE. AND KILL THE AVICARA, HIGH GOLD DROP RATE FOR ME ATLEAST
