Why dual strikes skills end as critical hits?
Is there any written rule for this?
Example:Twisting fangs...or Critical strike skills

Dual Attack tend to give you a higher percentage/chance of inflicting critical hits, but not always.

The percentages remain the same, just with a dual attack because there are 2 strikes within 1 attack skill, there is a higher percent that at least 1 strike will result in a critical hit. This does not change the base calcualtions of the critical happening. I recall seeing only 1 set of purple numbers on a dual attack, and other times seeing 2 sets.

IIRC, the dual attack skills only roll once for crit and if one is critical, both are. The dual strikes that happen during auto-attack however, roll for crit twice.

That seems to contradict what Claymore said.
