Default Counter This!

I saw Big Food's post and it got me thinking, knowing that the Mesmer has a good counter against every single build, let's put it to theoretical test shall we?

We have to put up some rules though, to prevent confusion, and off-topicitis. So here's what I'll do.

I'm going to post up a build... any build, the role of the next person is to post up what they think would be the best counter to the build, and you can be as detailed as you like. The next person after that will either have to agree or disagree with the post. If it is agreed with, then that person can create a new build to have countered, or that person can disagree with it, and come up with a more effective counter build. and then the following can disagree/agree with the build.

once a build as been agreed, future posters can no longer comment on that particular build, and must move onto the next.

And to make it easier to read. Sign your posts with /agree /disagree at the top of your post.

Now the point of this thread is to create the most effective counter against a particular build. So in a situation where there may be three or four builds that would come to mind, it is your job to sift through the best one.

Oh, the counter-builds must have at least 3 mesmer skills on its bar (so it doesn't necessarily have to be mesmer primary, but it should be). And you dont need to bring a res skill.

EDIT: /agreed

The ranger has no energy managment. MoR + shackles should win out as long as the mesmer withstands the initial spike.
