Default Blood ritual

Where do you get and is it for Necromancers?

Yes, it is a necro skill, and can be bought at skill trainers in Kryta, from Quarrel Falls and beyond. If you have a Prophecies character, you can do the Last Hog Quest in North Kryta province to acquire the skill for free.

and it's bull. you spend 10 of your energy to give someone around 12. it's more like a "cast a little spell for me, so I could cast one of mine". anyone who is asking for br is eather a 55 monk who does not want to wait for his blessed sig, or someone with poor energy managment or skillbar.

Very good for supporting monks in gvg.

The thing is that Necros have some very good emanagement options (aka they have OoB), which makes them energy machines. It's very good for transfering energy to monks, who desperately need energy.

Also, this works great with enchanting mods to squeeze some more energy out.

What DOES make it useless is when the Monk is a retard and the second you sac for blood rit they turn around and waste all that extra energy on you when you are in no harm at all.

Even worse with BiP...You GOTTA make sure your monks aren't bad...They gotta know you are handling your health so its useless for them to throw heals on you. One match I was BiPing for GvG (ladder frozen) and EVERY TIME a sacc'ed BOTH monks spammed their big heals on me...Twice they spammed the heals on me while people were getting spiked - thus leading to their death.
