looking at xennon it lists this elite as obtainable in sunjiang district explorable.

to be quite honest getting it therr is impossible, unless you take an oragnised 8 human party. (mobs of literally 30 afflicted + shiro'ken)

can i get soul bind anywhere else??

logically in the actual misson sunjiang district, if so why does xennon not list this?

Ya you can get it during the mission as well.

But if you start from Boreas seabed i think it is... and go north i found it easier with henchman.

Guildwiki.org should be your new reference

There are 8 bosses in that mission and 4 randomly spawn at the end... After the last boss is killed the mission ends.

So if you do happen to get your necromancer kill it first

yup capped in the misson

guildwiki takes too long to search through xennon is easier to read quickly :P

anyway i dont advise capping that skill in sunjiang explorable.....
