melandrus resilience is an elite as is oath shot, so u couldnt use oath to recharge reslience

I actually made a pure Ranger build to solo those titans. I have no idea if i posted it here. Works alot better than the OP's, and can solo all the titans.

1. Poison Arrow
2. Dual Shot
3. Kindle Arrows
4. Distracting Shot
5. Savage Shot
6. Whirling Defense
7. Dryder's Defenses
8. Troll Ungent

You NEED a Longbow or Flatbow, to stay out of range from Blinding Flash. Go secondary Mesmer for the Elemental Resistance, because that would work(never tried though)
