Okay, with Nightfall coming up Ive been working on all of my characters trying to make sure they are up to par before an expansion comes out. This means trying to get my Monk the Advanced Skill Hunter title so I will be free to (hopefully) max it out with Nightfall and get Kind of a Big Deal in the process.

The result is that over the course of this week I will be capping many skills, several of which are in places where henchies dont do well. I have a general disdain for PUGs as well, but enjoy playing with real people. So, if you need to cap any (or all) of the below skills, please whisper me in game at "Righteous Theory" and I will, if at all possible, go with you to cap

EDIT: Noone ever contacted me. I am now an Advanced Skill Hunter.

Please note that I will be bringing a Monk/X for the capping spree, and be sure that you have access to the requisite areas ( see guildwiki.org ).

I have quite a few of those i am in need of a cap. On my ranger " Jesse M " i need mostly all of the necro ones and some of the warriors ones. Add me to your friends list and i will gladly help you. If your wondering how good i am just leave it at the fact that i have played over 1200 hours on my ranger alone. I can play mostly all builds when needed. If you are doing some cap runs PM me and say thats its you from the forums and i will gladly help and tag along (if im not busy). Hope to see you soon.

Other than Earthshaker (if its a Prophecies skill, I have it then), I have all of the ones you listed. Across 3 characters that have all of those skills (Mo/E, N/Me, W/R.)

My necro is behind in his Skill Hunter also.
Melandrus Arrow(think I still need) is in Grenths Footprint easiest I think but I could be mistaken.
Backbreaker(need) Ring of Fire only to my knowledge. Also need Migraine there or Aura of Faith(2 Fire Island missions have it and THK so I dont have to get it on this trip)
Earthshaker is along Snake Dance(as is Punishing Shot) and though I have them I do need P&H from Snakes also. The warrior/ranger caps all the way up the zone.....one of many zones where Life Transfer can be capped also is Snakes. If there isnt a 2nd elite for me to cap there(bad memory..) Ill still make the 2nd trip at least.
Defy Pain I need from Frozen Forest. I also am short Life Barrier there and you could cap Virulence.
I can use Eviscerate or Panic from Hells Precipice where AotL is.
That would leave LT to pick which zone you need.
This is the impetus I could use to finish this one off. I kind of slacked off after mappin both continents 100%....lol.
IGN is Nebuchanezzar Artur(Necro/X who will be capping) but easiest char name to add is Ne Bu.
I play...mostly afternoon/evening CST. I unfortunately dont get on much in the weekends.

All in all I think I need BB/ Defy/ Eviserate on W, Migraine/ Panic/ Keystone for Mez, Crip and Melandrus for R, and Glyph o E, Thunderclap, and E Prodigy to be at lvl3 skill hunter...but I prob missed a few.
Regardless gl on getting KoaBD next chapter, I hope to do it also .

From what we are seeing, it is probabe that even by capping all elites in nightfall, we won't be able to max out the title.

Agreed, if it adds another 45 elites that would tend to point to lvl4 skill hunter title which doesnt neccesarily mean maxed out. I plan to map and mission the game to get 6 maxed out actually.
I was off on what Elites I still needed. Stopped at 161/180.
What is the guild wiki link for? While I use wiki plenty myself I dont use if for elite capping. Use Xennon Elites and if you want a different kind of map the site gwgameamp has a map of each zone with the spawn points. A lot faster then looking thru wiki for me but to each his own.

The Monday before the Dragon Festival I did this on my Warrior, I had all the Warrior elites already and most of the necro ones on him. by the time the Dragon Festival started I had all but the Monk, Ele, & Mesmer skills in Ring of Fire & Abaddon's Mouth to cap. of course there was almost no one there because they where doing Dragon Festival stuff, so I had to hench, it was really hard, but I'm proud to say that I not only got level 3 skill hunter, but got the hardest ones with hench also

So did you get Fevered Dreams from Abaddon's Mouth? Man, I figured that would be really hard to get with just henchies (well, only until you get past that first keep - the ones with the two Mursaat bosses.

The first few skills you cap at Abaddon's mouth with henchies are a bear... but once you get the hang of it, it's not so bad....
