Help with experience for a survivor war.
I am trying to get my warrior to become a legendary survivor. So far I have done just about all the quests I can(started in cantha) before vizuna square since I didn't want to risk a death from my lately laggy computer.
I have full collectors so all 80 +20 vs physical without a attribute on the helmet.
I tried asking for help with a farming trolls build, but I still don't know what would give me the highest chance to survive without a death.
Besides trying to do missions to get higher up and to more quests what else is there to gain experience? Getting to droknars and farming trolls for hours? If so, I would need help with a build that may be extremely defensive and slow, but atleast not risking a death.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
By the way I am currently a w/mo but eventually will be able to change secondaries.

uhhhhh, Legendary surviver, thats hard to do, sadly, the only suggestion is to bring scroll, and pay a Trapper to farm trolls for ya. Sadly that will cost money, unless you get a guildy to do it (he may want to keep drops)

Farming trolls with scrolls sounds like the best idea. Its nearly impossible to die against them. Or, you could cap elites in Tyria. At lvl 20, every wlite capped will net you 5k exp. Also, get ascended for an additional 50k exp.

For surviving them, is there any build that is safer then the other? The w/mo ones seem good with live vicariously and vigorous spirit. I just don't know if glads defense with ripostes or triple chop and cyclone would work better.
Also, would cyclone axe with apply poison be any better maybe? With victory is mine, that could keep me healing pretty decently also.

Ive never tried W/R, so I'm not sure if it works. Going Triple, Cyclone, Bonetti's, Sprint, Live Vic, Vig Spirit, Mending, and another skill. I'm 100% sure you'll stay alive.

For surviving, give the sword build a try for reposites, glads defense{E} would probably help too. Any defensive stance is useful, try endure or defy pain{E}, give you easy health and armor if you use defy. DONT USE MENDING, healing breeze maybe, i wouldnt use either. Cyclone is a dangerous skill,it lures foes to you, i wouldnt use it. VIM{E} might help, you could try it. You probably want tactics high for a defense build.

Hi
i have done a build to farm trolls where you never die
1-bonnetis defence
2-gladiars defence
3-shield stance
4-cyclone axe
5-you can get sprint to run away from avicaras or take vicarious spirit to get more hp ^^
6-healing breeze
7-vicariously spirit
8-mending
impossible to die if you have bonnetis , gladiators or shield stance on you but you cant kill the boss
good luck ^^

Pity he can only goto Tyria post Senji's corner.
Vizunah has a nasty habit of killing you when the opposite team is inept, just be wary.

I have already been to tyria, I just haven't gotten around yet. I believe as soon as you get to kaineng you can leave to it. Though, I still might try canthan missions as long as I tell people I am trying to go for survivor. I figure maybe buying protective spirit or something to use on myself.

No pug will want you in their group if your going for survivor. You gotta go with guildies or henhcies.

Telling people you're going for survivor will likely result in people trying to get you killed intentionally just to ruin it. Welcome to t3h intarwebs.
It's pretty hard to die troll farming unless you lag out. There probably isn't a faster way to get LS either. My warrior had LS in ~20 hours after character creation.

I finally got a drok run and made it there without a death. But the problem is, I don't have gladiators defense yet. I did go and cap triple chop, so should I try and use that to farm trolls, or wait until I get to the desert and can cap gladiators defense?
Just wondering if triple chop is able to not make me think I am going to die and have to map out because of the fear.

The Triple Chop build is probably slightly less safe than the Glad's build, for two reasons: 1) you spend less time in blocking stance, and 2) there are more chances for you to be interrupted. Both problems can be overcome handily just by overhealing (which I would recommend anyway for survivor).
Get a run through Sanctum Cay from LA and finish the desert. The 50k exp from ascension is equivalent to almost 10 runs, plus the exp from desert missions and quests. And of course, you'll be able to run the safer GD build.
You absolutely want to bring a panic stance - probably Shield Stance rather than Defensive Stance so you don't accidentally cancel it. If you're in one of the cyclone -> bonetti's cycles, and your cyclone gets interrupted, your health will drop rather quickly.

I will work on getting through the desert. But so far, what build should I be looking at here?
Triple chop, cyclone axe, bonetti's, a defensive stance, live vicariously, vigorous spirit, then what else for the other 2 skills? Maybe dolyaks signet and healing signet? Or a healing breeze+ dolyak signet.
I would be guessing, 8-10 healing, maxed axe and rest in strength just about. Any help with the attributes and suggestions for the utility slots will help.

With triple chop you'll always be in bonetti's, but if your cyclone axe gets interupted it'll get a bit nasty.

Does anyone happen to know if there is any shield collectors in factions that has 16al and -2 while enchanted mod? I know in prophecies the closest besides a rare would be like a 10al -2 while enchanted shield outside one of the jungleish zones for mountain troll tusks, but I would like to find a max one if it's possible.

You can also craft a -2/45 enchanted bronze shield at Kaineng, though I suppose it's slightly pricier than going collector.

When you execute a skill (in this case, chop or cyclone), Bonetti's *will* cancel for a short period until you hit, get adrenalin, and activate it again. When using Gladiator's Stance, you're able to stay in block stance for the duration, and during the cyclone-bonetti downtime you only cancel bonetti's for cyclone.
The most important skill that you're forgetting is sprint. The path up to the troll cave will more often than not have Avicara, stray trolls, and even the occasional ice golem blocking the way.
The last skill I brought was Executioner's Strike, for more damage.
