You never need speed with Me. +5nrg^50 and either 10 universal or 20 Inspiration recharge is the best. Reqs. for Inspiration items are normally Dom, so... you gotta use Dom, if you want em for damage. When I run Inspi I just put the recharge on my off hand. I do a regular wand based on whatever attribute im using (5^50 +10uni/20Dom or Ill recharge) and then I just take a Inspiration off-hand 20%recharge +30 health (it requires Inspi, not anything else). But there is rly so many options... Just remember to max your recharge and not worry about speed. Rest is whatever. Actually... hold on... do u wanna use it on your Boon Prot Monk? If so, I think Garbok's Cane/Off hand is what they use.
