Scythe and Melee Attacks
So, I was considering starting a Dervish...was looking on GuildWiki at the skills and notice something... Under Scythe Mastery you get Melee and Scythe attacks. What is the difference? Wiki was less than clear, and as I don't generally play melee characters I have no idea what the difference is...if any.
Anyone care to shed any light on this?

[skill=big]Mystic Sweep[/skill]
Then explain how you can use this skill, and not have scythe mastery? It's a melee skill, but for it to be effective you need to have scythe mastery?
This is essentially a scythe mastery skill that is put down as a melee skill, correct?
Are their any other melee skills that fall under scythe mastery like this?

It is a melee attack = don't have to use a scythe. You still may have to put points in the attribute scythe mastery to get the most out of it, but you can still use it with any other melee weapon, such as a sword.
It does not go blacked out if you do not have a scythe equipped.
There are quite a few of those 'melee attacks' in the scythe mastery attribute line. What is new, perhaps, is that they are melee attacks in an attribute with a weapon name in it. If you look at the warrior, all the melee attacks are in the tactics and strenght attribute lines. Rather than under axe/hammer/sword.
So you could if you really wanted to make a dervish/warrior or a warrior/dervish with points in scythe mastery and tactics alone and fill the bar with 'melee attacks'. Which would allow you to use any melee weapon axe/hammer/sword/scythe/daggers depending on situation and mood without changing your skillbar.
Skills like:
Banishing strike
Eremite's attack
Irresistable sweep
Mystic sweep
Desperation Blow
Drunken Blow
Soldier's strike
Thrill of victory
Etc and so forth...
