Question Possible to cap spider with 55/Famine??

I've heard that it's possible to cap a spider if ur only 55/famine. Can any1 confirm that it's possible and please tell me how to do it (do which quests, how to kill the enemies etc.)

Um I dont know much about the famine farmer but I used to 55/ss team people to the spiders but this was all pre nerf havent done it since then.
