jagged strike isnt really necessary pick. instead of malicious and jagged use this.

What about a build that doesn't have/rely on an Elite skill? Not everyone has Elite's.. and would like a build that doesn't rely it on this (and please no comments saying "go get an elite" or "elites are easy so go get one).

kamatsu, I'm pretty sure if you're asking about hero skills, anyone can access them. It's easy: play some RA, unlock (elite) skill, and voila! your hero can access them.
