use hp less / ditch it altogether, get rid of seed and orison. get mending touch instead of healing touch. think about speccing a bit into prot and/or bringing Signet of Rejuvenation (factions skill, since you're heavily specced into hp i presume youll get good use of it) when you go looking for subs for orison and seed (and maybe hp) ...

honestly that's a lot of stuff for you to be, im presuming, spamming around a good bit.

some emanagement skills to consider include most all of the energy returning skills from Inspiration line. Sure is a bummer 'bout the range of chanelling, yeh :P

for pve, heal party is great, couple of missions pretty much require heal party and Light of deliverance or whatever, team just gets really spaced out (and it needs too)

plus used right, its a *very* energy effiecent and time/hassle effent skill

For spamming HP, use Glyph of Lesser Energy.

General purpose E-management, go with Inspiration, using skills like Inspired Hex, Power Drain, etc.

There are also good alternatives to emanagement as pure monk. Blessed Signet does NOT suffice as emanagement. The amount of heal spells that you got spamming there is a great way to drain your energy, real fast. As a rule when i play monk, i ALWAYS devote at least 3 skill slots for utility concerning either pure emanagement or other utility non-direct spells as healer OR prot.

Since your talking PvE, here is a suggestion for pure healing.

Healing 15 (12 + 1 + 3)
Divine 10 (9+1)
Inspiration 10

Words of Comfort
Dwaynas Kiss
Light of Deliverance (E) or Word of Healing (E) <--- Per OP's request, makes this a spike healer...
Healing Seed
Inspired Hex
Ether Signet
Channeling or Holy Haste
Any Ressurection skill.

I find that in PvE Channeling is finally usefull because Ai now constantly moves around and constantly goes after casters, so you almost always have an enemy near you. Also, idk why you dont like it, its range is all foes in the area, which is quite large according to Isle of the Nameless.

But, if you would rather go with faster heals, you will have slightly less effective of emanagement and wont last as long, but you will be able to catch potential deaths 50% faster... Idk just some ideas, hope it hepled.

cheers

EDIT:: I went back to include WoH if you wanted to remain a spike healer, i like LoD for the cheap party heal, and ability to keep most all the team above 50% hp at nearly all times. I like this for PvE much more-so then a WoH. WoH imo for PvE is not needed. In areas that do have harder hitting monsters, prot monks are better utilized.

Batou of Nine, about your build.
First of all, Ether Signet give you 17 energy (if you don't do mistake and cast it with energy above 8 energy). What is it 17 energy for your build? 92 health for dwayna's kiss * 17/5 = 521 health. For each 60 sek (recast for Ether Signet) Good? May be. If you don't know alternatives. For example signet of devotion: 100 health each 5 sec ~1200 health/60 sec. You can contradict, that use energy for Light of Deliverance. If party have 8 members, if all of them are under 80% health, if you don't overheal, you can heal 640 health for each cast. Problem is too much "if". Really, from practice, this spell do about 200 health. OK, let be 300. In this case you have 300 * 17/5 = 1020 health. And don't forget about lost of elite spell WoH and 2 ranks in HP/DF. So I don't see advantages Ether Signet vs signet of devotion.
Then, chanelling. Very good for PvP, poor in PvE. Because one of main rules of monk is: avoid damage and foes. You can collect 1,5,10, 20 energy at the risk of your life from near foes, but consume 1-3 spells for self-healing. Monk must look at party's health-bar, but go at the centre of battle. You can allow to die somebody in your party, it's forgivable. Then you'll can ressurect ones. But if monk die, who do do this? If no exist risk of any life, why you lost your energy? Why you need emanagment?
Then, if we abort Ether Signet, channeling, remain only Inspired Hex. Good spell, of course. But worth this spell 10 inspired magic with lost 2 ranks in HP/DF?
My suggestion: Ehereal Light under healer's boon. More effective, than "pure" healer with WoH or your build.

Xeones, as you probably already know, running Essence bond off a tank can provide terrific energy effeciency to multiple players. This is a key strategy for areas within DoA. Focusing incoming fire on the tank also keeps everyone else from frying.

You could also try running a double elite build. Copy an elite off a hero or teammate using Arcane Mimicry. You could use WoH then copy Healer's Boon (probably the best one to copy).

Regarding E-managementfor PvE:
There are various means to gain energy. Using Essence Bond on a tank and having a BiP necro can be exceptionally effective. There's even that elite Lightbringer Signet, which I've never even bothered to try.

Energy gain spells like Power Drain can be tricky because you have to wait for the right opportunity. Monks are not usually in a position to sit and wait on a foe's skillbar. Granted, your heroes are machines when it comes to using Leech Signet and Power Drain.

You can save points on casting with some builds (like Healing Light), but the real gain is in phatty heals for low points. It's all about the right spell at the right time. For example, on a heavily bonded tank, nothing beats Dwayna's Kiss.

Tactics are important. It's all too easy to over-heal during light pressure, only to be left with an empty tank when a situation escalates to serious pressure. As I'm sure you're aware, energy conservation is an important aspect of a monk's skill set.

WoH was likely the best monk choice pre-Nightfall, and still remains a PvP staple. IMHO, Healer's Boon is the best choice for general PvE. HB also allows rapid mid-battle rez with a healer-based spell like Resurrection Chant.

Outside of the 12-man Faction Elite missions, I'm not a Heal Party fan at all. That's not an efficient heal unless multiple players are in desperate shape. Conversely, Light of Deliverance can be a sweet spell for particular missions like the end-boss of NF.
