Theoretical P/Mo, feel free to comment.
ive been toying with a utility character; i havent had a chance to give this a whirl yet, but the skillset seems fairly solid.
any constructive critisizm or advice is appreciated, and of course, tell me what you think about where the build currently stands as far as usefulness goes.
angelic protection -lead
hexbreaker aria -lead
aria of restoration -moti
aria of zeal -moti
go for the eyes -comm
bladeturn refrain -comm
incoming -comm
life infusion -heal
12 comand (+1+1)
10 motivation (+1)
10 leadership (+1)
7 healing (114% infusion)
shield: +30hp always
spear: +30 hp always
from the outside, it would seem to be able to supply some dmg support; relativlely good boosts, and the occasional spike-heal if needed. shouldnt have too much of an issue maintaining energy.

I guess the point is you're not dealind damage yes? Hench no points in spear mastery. I never thought of mixing the two, motivation and command. One skill I don't like is Hexbraker Aria. I'm not saying it shouldn't be in the build but I was playing about with it last night and it's never charged by the time you want to use it. Go For The Eyes, though, good choice I hope you shout it when you use it!

Hmm, clever, the idea is to use angelic protection to minimise the damage taken from infusing someone, right? I don't know if that works, haven't tried it myself.
Lets see, you're sacrificing ~250HP, and 10 leadership angelic protection will heal back 100 of that damage, turning it into an effective 30% sacrifice instead, as much as you want, a third of the time...
The fact that you're not really using your spear and spike-healing + sacrifice pretty much reserves this build for PvP...
hexbreaker aria
aria of restoration
aria of zeal
bladeturn refrain
life infusion
^These all have cast times, interrupting your adrenalin flow, meaning that
go for the eyes
Is of quite limited use to you, find something else to replace it, mayhaps.

Um you guys, angelic protection won't work in that way.
1. It is target other ally, so you can't put it on yourself.
2. Infuse doesn't do damage to you, but life loss, and that wouldn't trigger angelic protection anyway, even if you could use it on yourself.
Angelic protection doesn't help vs sacrifise, life loss or life steal. An example of life loss effect: in doa where you LOSE 10 HP each second you move.

the overall idea of my build was as a utility; to reduce damage to the entire party, put in the occasional anti-hex, and if the monks get overburdoned, supply an infusion. i set up the build to work in both pve and pvp (most team-support roles can pull this off) i put GFTE in there for a little added damage (see below).
i put in angelic to counter spikes on allies, i was aware it cant be used on yourself, and wont reduce infusion damage (but i did think about hpw interesting it would be if it did). with angelic at 10 leadership, thats 150 dmg a seccond; not all that much if you're fighting many foes. theres a good chance, DPS wise, a spike-group in pvp or a large enemy cluster in PvE could do twice this amount; but normally you just rely on protection monks to reduce the damage. with angelic, the excess is healed and the monks can deal with the rest. admitedly, angelic was a more pvp-oriented idea, but there are some heavy-spikes in pve as well. ideally, angelic, used sparingly in conjunction with "incoming" should make it very difficult to bring someone down with spikes.
i agree that hexbreaker aria is hard to keep charged up, though i think with practice you'd learn to use it when you see that your team is starting to give way to hex pressure (something that happens in both pve and pvp).
i do also agree that go for the eyes may not be the best choice...perhaps another support skill, i dont know. ive been debating with myself over it; while this paragon build does NOT focus on damage that he causes, he could still build enough adren to make use of it. and the added damage-skill affords at least some killing-power to the build (through allies). of course, it should definetly be taken out if you're in a caster heavy group. but if you're pveing with a barrage ranger, or pvping with a balanced build it could have great use.
HOWEVER, at the same time, there are other excellent motivation/leadership/command skills that could take its place and offer even more team support.
i wasnt sure. so i stuck with GFTE for the time being.
i appreciate all the feedback, i will definetly be giving this build a try, along with some variations.
any other opinions are welcome.

angelic bond would be a second elite to "incoming"
for the other, yes i meant infuse health, but i hardly think theres any confusion over that.
