Default please give this build a look

leech signet
decapitate
burst of aggression
berserker stance
for great justice
signet of strength
ether signet
enraging charge?

15 strength, 14 axes, 3 inspiration

this build relies on fast attack speed to decapitate frequently

please take a look here:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Build:W...f_Decapitation

thanks

Hmm in my eyes they tried to make a build around 1 skill: in casu 'decapitate'
I havent tried it out but i dont believe this is a good combo it drains your energy like madd...and ether signet has like a recharge of 'to much' + leech signet only works on a spell. So wot u go vs warriors - rangers - assassins -etc If u fail with leech then your a sitting duck...

= trash build

Some recommendations, go with a 16/10/10 axe/str/tactics split. For your stances I suppose enraging charge can stay although for decapitate I would recommend rush and flail as your stances. Take out those mesmer skills, they're trash on a warrior. You can keep for great justice if you want, but add some more adrenaline skills like executioner's strike and whatever. You should also use healing signet for a self heal, since it won't be gimped by decapitate.

15 strength=auto suck. It's the least useful attribute line for pretty much anything. I actually can't think of any line worse than it to spec heavily into.

with high str and axe decap can hit for 80+, decap just doesnt seem worthwhile without the str. guildwiki even has the damage calculated. also the point of burst of aggression works without drawbacks because u can charge decapitate in time too

No, just... no horrible i mean you rely on one attack, a good mesmer can and WILL keep you down in the dirt whether you like it or not, and you rely to heavily on stances plus, signet of strength is one of the, if not the worst skill on the warrior line, total waste of a space, nice try my friend, but didn't work out to well :|

my rule of thumb--keep strength at 10-12. it give 1% armor penetration per level, which increases damage drasticaly.

It gives 1% armor penetration to skills per level, which sucks.

And doesn't affect the +damage from the skills, which makes it suck even more.

Well, the +damage is armor ignoring already, so I guess it's hard to make something that already ignores armor to penetrate armor.

I think he means that it'd be nice if it gave a boost to your attack skills, something like this.

Decapitate: You lose all adrenaline and all Energy. If this attack hits, you deal +5...41 damage and cause a Deep Wound for 5...17 seconds. This attack always results in a critical hit. For each point in Strength, this attack deals +1...2 more damage.

Or, maybe more accurately...

Strength: When you use attack skills, each point of Strength gives you 1% armor penetration. Many skills, especially those related to surviving and inflicting damage, become more effective with higher Strength. Each point also grants 1 extra damage to your attack skills.

Or better .. Each point also grants 1 extra damage to your attacks.
