If you're using Anthem of Flame or of Envy or Crippling Anthem, then Brutal Mauling is actually useful and proly does more dmg - despite the lower attack speed - than other species.

I just capped the Black Moa and he is really obediant! The thing actually stopped attacking once hit with SS and also attacks for me when I get hit with a bad hex.

My Phoenix is a real gangster. Sunsoar is cool under pressure and I think he is just a cool pet. I might cap a white tiger for Jin,and a Lion for Margrid, get them all hammers, and cross country as a Thumper team next
