Default "Never Say Die!" P/x Build

Song of Restoration {E}
Mending Refrain
Signet of Synergy/Make Haste/any other skill I'm not sure about this slot
"Go for the Eyes!"
"Stand Your Ground!"
"Never Surrender!"
"Never Give up!"
Rez Sig/Sig of Return

I pretty much have just used this for arenas. This isnt meant to be, and hasnt been up to this point, been used in PvE. I would assume that it would still be highly effective, perhaps even more than PvP. As for use I constantly use Mending Refrain on everybody (monks first) until everybody has it on them. Then I use SoR right AFTER a spike to help everybody recover from it. I will keep using SoS on the monk when they start losing decent health but will also use on even a healthy ally just for the self heal. Right after going into the battle ill cast "SYG!" and keep it up whenever it recharges. When more than 1 person is below 75% health I'll cast both of the "Never's!" and this really helps if a caster/monk is effected. All the while I'll spam "GftE!" for damage bonus and energy. I know this explanation is kind of slipshod but I'm not that good at explaining things.

You have nothing in spear mastery, I can see how that's not a big deal for some, but for some reason it irks me as I've never used a weapon that I didn't meet the req for after pre.

Meh, so use a +energy wand/focus set.

Isn't like he's going for weapon damage with that loadout anyway.

Keep in mind GftE is only useful when people actually have weapons that do decent damage with criticals, such as scythes and axes.

"Go for the Eyes!" is supposed to add some damage, and it does that quite well, but it is primarily used for energy gain. There is probably another way to gain more energy (leader's zeal?) but for right now thats all I have. As for some other possible skills besides "GftE!" I was thinking Finale of Restoration or even Purifying Finale. Those would also work well, maybe even better, with taking out signet of synergy and putting in one of the finales.

Heh. Bearing in mind the skill itself costs 5, you need to have at least three allies nearby (as opposed to earshot) to gain one energy.
"GftE!" is the king of energy management for paragons, as it stands. (unless you want to use something fruity like Lyric of Zeal. O.o)
