^I agree, I've been using that build in the arenas(Mainly RA, cause people don't respect this builds greatness) and it's never failed me yet(Is now the only PvP sin build I play, screw shadow prison), but watch out for mending touch.
2 options for you are ether blinding powder (But u'll need to skip your lead attack) Or Shadow form (but thats rather risky)

This could work :
Critical Strikes: 10 (9+1)
Dagger Mastery: 9 (8+1)
Healing Prayers: 5
Deadly Arts: 15 (12+3)
Black Lotus Strike (Critical Strikes)
Black Spider Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Twisting Fangs (Critical Strikes)
Impale (Deadly Arts)
Signet of Toxic Shock (Deadly Arts)
Siphon Speed (Deadly Arts) or Expose Defenses (Deadly Arts)
Siphon Strength [Elite] (Deadly Arts)
Restful Breeze (Healing Prayers)
Siphon Strength will negate most of their damage and your spike should be sufficient, but it really depends on their build.

Blinding surge
enduring toxic
Dancing daggers
Deadly paradox
Entangling asp
mantis touch
Blinding power
fiegned neutrality
Not sure exact stats but about
14-16 Deadly arts
8 shadow arts
rest air magic
if your doing 2 on 1 (that be neat)
use deadly paradox then hit the 1st guy with blinding surge if they were near each other its an aoe blind, hit the other with dancing daggers if they unblind hit with blinding surge again, then mantis touch, blinding powder
use enduring toxin, then dancing daggers again then entangling asp
....mmmm ya

I will give you only a TIP:
warrior will have evade-block attack skills,if he is a noob,he will use riposte build, doylak signet or balanced stance.
assassin will use fast builds to kill you.
What you must think, take build for you don't need knockdown them, something that they don't block or evade your attacks.....
best would be:
Palm strike-Blinding powder-Unseen fury-then your combo

Oh...they are both assassins XD
It means you can kill em very easy......just knockdown em before they knockdown you.....or....
your 1st attack can be Discrupting Stab....then you use...
Mark of Instability
Discrupting Stab
Wild Strike
Twisting fangs
Falling Spider
Horns of the OX
Moebius Strike
Shadow Refuge

Not enough energy for a clean chain, Lord Nibiru? I'd throw in Black Lotus Strike. Out goes disrupting stab and in goes some good defense skill.

or
Viper's Defense
Iron Palm
Falling spider
Twisting Fangs
Discrupting Stab
Wild Strike
Blinding Powder
Shadow's Refuge
Hearth of Shadow
I made this build now,if you have problem with energy, then use zealous Dagger Tang or what you think is better.....I think this build works

Well... assuming Assassins of equal skill, it really just comes down to who gets their combo off first.
In a one-on-one battle, I honestly think the best thing to do would be to bring an enchantment and go GPS --> HotO --> FS --> TF. It gives you a quick knockdown. If you've got a lot of energy (or you're lucky), you could throw Moebius Strike on the end of it. If that works, then you can just MS --> HotO them to death.
That's assuming, of course, that they don't start their combo on you first. You're probably going to want to go A/W so you can bring Flurry along; in a battle where who strikes first and fastest is everything, you're going to want something like this.
I think that might work. No guarantees, of course, but for a one-on-one it wouldn't necessarily be a bad idea.
If you don't want to use Moebius Strike, you could bring Shadow Form. It'd make things a lot easier for you, what with it being the enchantment that'll set off GPS and pretty much guaranteeing that you won't get hit.

If they are using shadow prison then hex breaker messes up their combo nicely
